It seems that my complaint has been erased when I came out of your site to take pictures of supporting documents. I wrote you everything regarding my complaint. The only thing I didn't mention then is that I since have moved to the address noted herein on this site. But, my problem began when at my old address: *********************************, *******************************************************************************, I moved away from to my new address in ********************************************* complaint deals with a payment I made for $100.00 to have my taxes filed for the year 2021 in 04/04/2022, with known Tax Preparer, *************************, from JAL Mgmt Firm, *********************************************. I had **** handle my taxes as he had did last year.I requested my tax refund be deposited to my checking account as had been done in the prior of year 2020. Instead, my refund was mailed to my then address in **************************************, with an apartment number entered in error, by Preparer, from Apt. #***, as should've been, to Apt # ***.I came to learn that the Postal Worker returned my refund, mailed to the wrong apartment upon calling the **** prompts which stated mechanically my mail/refund was returned by ***** but I wasn't able to connect with a representative to resolve the error made to receive it at all. I contacted ************************* who then said he'd handle it electronically, which I accepted. Months past and no refund. I entered an IRS search which deals with errors made in e-filing a ****, that involves a ****X Amendment be filed to correct such errors. I call ****, who assures me that there's nothing more he can do, as he had mailed the Amendment Document which could only be mailed in such cases. Then I follow up with time gone by, to here the same long-winded excuses about his inability to accommodate my situation further. Meanwhile, he hasn't provided me any proof for his claims to "follow up, I should wait, it's happened to others, he's done all he could." I don't honestly feel he's sincere, or legitimate anymore.
