    On 10/22/24 my husband took our 2022 twilight camper to Blue Compass RV located at ******************************************************* ***********, ** *****. We have it winterized and de-winterized every year from this location. When my husband went to pay for services, we were charged 250% higher than the previous year for the exact same service. Year over year, it went from $148.39 to $424.56. My husband spoke to the service manager who was anything but polite about the situation. I think this is incomprehensible and that if the service department is expecting customers to pay this rate, they should be up front and transparent about the increases! I've attached the invoices.

    We purchased an RV from Blue Compass RV in ****************** SC on 9/10/24 - signed final loan documents on 9/21/24. By October 10, we had not received loan information on the new RV and the trade in RV loan had not been paid off. I spoke w/the finance manager who had no answer as to what the delay was, reported the loan and just finalized that day and payoff should be completed. I asked for verification with the ** and a call back - none was received. Then on 10/21/24, I received a statement regarding our previous RV loan, stating the payment was due by 10/28/24. I contacted the company and they verified the loan had not been paid off. I reached out to the **, and Finance manager on 3 different occasions/dates, left messages and have yet to receive a return call or resolution of this matter. Our previous RV loan will be in the rears on 10/28/24, just 2 business days from now, which will negatively impact our excellent credit rating. I have tried to contact the Blue Compass RV CEO but am unable to find contact information to make him aware of this problem. The gave us a reasonable trade in allowance & cashed our significant down payment. I suspect they have been floating our money to delay the pay-off of our previous RV .

    Purchased a 2024 Auro RV new May. This RV has been nothing but on problem after another. They lied about the floor would be level, then after we bought it it would not. Either we want our money back or replacement to a different RV

    In September I purchased a brand new RV from Blue Compass. They offered me a ****** bumper to bumper warranty and a warranty on a generator. After a month the generator began vibrating and running hard. The generator is not working and the power is being drained from the ****** battery. I took it back to Blue Compass, they blamed the failure on an aftermarket company. I hired an expert who went to Blue Compass and refuted the claim. After it was proven to be a different issue they blamed ***** saying it was a faulty ******. Dodge refuted the claim as well. I would like Blue Compass tp honor their warranty. They promised to fix any issues and I would like them to.

    I bought a brand-new traveler trailer from Blue Compas in ****** ** ****** Campreland), Took delivery on August 21st, today is october 5th. I have been waiting almost six weeks for my registration and license plate. I have called several times. The first time several weeks ago I was told it was going out that day. Weeks later I called and was told a different story and more excuses. This is a very bad start for their customer service and building an after the sale relationship. If this is the new corporate standard, I am not sure I would recommend Blue Compass Dealerships and will reconsider service after the warranty expires. A lot of friendly smiling staff does not mean anything if a company can does not produce. I recently contacted the General Manger and he promised to get back to me and never did. I am stuck with a brand new travel trailer that I can't use.

    Left our RV for repairs in April 2024; repairs not completed so we picked the RV/Trailer up in September and took the parts the company had ordered but never installed. We had already paid the entire bill and have requested a refund of the labor costs, as job was never started. This is the Blue Compass in **********, *****; however, the corporate office is this address in *******. The dealership owes us a $ ******* refund

    I went to blue compass RV 11 months ago and purchased a 1-year-old. Pull behind R V i paid cash for it took me 2 months to get the registration for it so I could get tabs on it. It's been now 11 and a 1/2 months and I'm still trying to get my title. I've contacted the **************** where purchased it and I've contacted. The main office in ******* and And still no one has returned my phone calls. Or help me solve this issue. I'm in.********* right now.I live in ********** and I cannot even transfer the title or move it.Because I can't get a title and No one from this company is helping me resolve this issue

    My husband and I purchased a camper (Aurora 16RBX) on 9/7/24 from salesperson, ****** ******** at the store in ********, Al. The stock number: 204-T73515. We have a signed contract with the salesperson. We were informed that this was a great deal and Blue Compass was not making a profit. The camper was located in ******** and the transport fee was &*****. We agreed to pay half of the fee. A hurricane was a threat the following week , so we understood it would not be driven down in the next few days. At the end of last week, we were told that the camper had not been delivered and they did not have the name and phone number of the delivery driver. We will look into it ( per ****** ********) on yesterday, Sept 16th, I called to inquire where the camper was located and told it was in a little town outside of ********* (per ********) I informed him that my husband has taken off 2 days of work in order to bring vehicle in for a hitch to be placed on our car. His words were Did the service **** call you? Dont take off yet He stated he would call me back by 5pm. I did not receive a phone call. This AM, 9/17/24, I called the store and was told that ****** ******** called out sick today and his supervisor, ***** was off. I asked to speak to the manager and was connected to ***** ****** in which he stated he was the general manager for Mobile and **********. I explained the above and he said he would look into it and call me back. He later called and stated, Corporate pulled the camper back to ******** because it should not have been sold to you for that price. We are losing $3,000 on it. This PM, I looked on Blue Compass website and the camper is on the lot with manager special We have checked our paperwork and it is the same camper. My husband and I are senior citizens and gave a deposit of $1200 for the camper on good faith. We are expecting our first grand child next week. We needed the camper to use during our stay. I have paperwork and photos.

    Purchase a used 2019 Open Range 5th wheel on 8-12-2024. There were several things that needed to be addressed, and all but 2 have been resolved. When purchased it was missing the keys for all the outside locks for storage doors. I was told on 8-19-2024 that a someone from their company would be out on Tuesday 8-20-2024 to get the codes so that new keys could be made. I called back on Friday 8-23-2024 to follow up, and left a voicemail. Since then my wife and I have called 5 times leaving a voicemail every time. She had spoken to the receptionist who had assured us that someone would get back to us that day. But yet nothing. I have a camper with the extended warranty, that I cannot lock anything in outside storage since we picked it up. I just want this taken care of. They are the absolute worst dealership ive ever purchased from.

    02.21.23-Purchased a new 23 Airstream Rangeline ** from Blue Compass RV of **********. Picked up on 03.05.23 -On that day, there were multiple issues with broken and missing items discovered. We stayed there 6 hours that day for them to fix enough for us to move the ** out of the lot before closing of the store. Multiple new issues were discovered on the 1st night, including heating system, hot water, water pump, electrical outlets, water tank sensors, MIRA **** Battleborn battery, temp & tank sensors, low glycol, generator temperature overheat. Multiple issues continued to surface: shower pan, leaking faucet, ongoing AC and heater malfunctions/battery health/low battery alarms/electrical outlets/See Level tank sensor/temp sensor/Timberline water heating system malfunction, water leaking in the cabin, window trims peeling off, loose s**** in the shower allowing water to leak behind the wall, cabinet collapse while driving, dead chassis battery soon after purchase, invertor malfunction, roof leaking due to manufacturers error (due to sealant omitted) that occurred during one of the services but discovered by us upon pickup up. In addition, mold infestations in the refrigerator & upper cabinets that occurred during a lengthy stay at their lot, misaligned outdoor water station cover, outdoor service light malfunctioning. Last drop off ***** with ongoing Timberline (heating) system malfunctioning, and now with unknown cause of mold infestation -BC refused to investigate. Dates drop off for repairs: 03.19.23, 04.22.23, 06.06.23, 09.23.23, 11.04.23, 03.02.24, 03.16.24, 04.27.24- until now Sept 2024 and still there with unresolved warranty issues. Another summer is ending and the 3rd winter approaching since the purchase. We have asked for either a full refund or the replacement of a new working unit on multiple occasions, but we have been denied. At this point, we do not care to do any business with Airstream or Blue Compass RV and just want a full refund + interest
