  Overcharge, deliver incorrect items, delivery hours late, take weeks to pick up completely irresponsible

  Please save your time and money and dont use this horrible company . They arrived more than 2 hours late to the party , horrible communication , and on top of being late they didnt bring the *************** I order 5 months in advance . The one I got was smaller, smelled horrible , all dirty . Save your money and use another company .

  I booked this company for the fortnight bounce house it was $500! Paid the deposit. Booked it with a lot of notice, For my sons birthday party. The night before it called for rain the next day, so she reached out and said no matter what we will make something fun and make things work. It did not rain in my area. I kept reassuring that of her and sending her pictures all morning. It wasnt raining and did not rain. She decided to go tear down another event and failed to show up with my rental. I had over a dozen eight year olds, disappointed at a birthday party. It was pretty devastating. That evening she offered me it for another day during the summer to make things right. I provided a few dates and we went with what worked best for her! With Months notice. so here we are having a big end of summer party with all the returning kids from the birthday party. And it happens again! Didnt show and was stuck at another event. I absolutely could not believe this was happening again! Another big load of disappointed children after the embarrassment and disappointment of what happened before to try to make it right and here we are again. I was completely disgusted with this companys customer service.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never do business with this company again. Was suppose to deliver bounce house 30min before birthday party but did not show up so I called 9min past the time just to receive a call back at 12:54 stating that something happened with the delivery. Literally ruined my sons party!! Stay far away from these crooks!!

  Literally worst company ever, was supposed to deliver the day before for our company Christmas party they didnt show up and were supposed to be there between ****pm on 12/19/23 then the day of our party 12/20/23 still didnt show up and ruined our party.

  RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Nightmare experience with “Epic (Fail) Parties” Set up 1 hour late. Missing Avengers Panel for bounce house. Bounce house deflated after 10 minutes of children bouncing. Terrible customer service and incompetence from management. NO ONE came to resolve issue and make things right. Party was over and bounce house was still deflated left to be picked up. Completely ruined my son’s birthday party and showed zero empathy and professionalism. (See my Yelp review for detailed experience as it is too long to post here)

  They delivered a water slide for my daughters birthday party that was leaking and unusable, with masking tape to cover countless holes. The kids were getting injured when sliding down due to so many leaks. When I called them they promised they would return immediately to replace it, but over 3 hours later, once the party was finishing, did they bother to show up. they replaced it with this tiny water slide for babies, which wasnt relevant at that point since most of the children had left or were leaving. then to make matters worse they promised to reimburse me and after 2 weeks and constant chasing they still havent refunded me. they are very nice on the phone and make all sorts of promises but then dont deliver anything! beware of this company and avoid them like the plague!

  The worst mistake I have ever made. The company does not even show up on sunbiz.org!!!!! They have inactive status, WTF? BBB, do your job and put them out of business. Also, they have provided us with a very dangerous slide because the original one they ordered was not available. Nonetheless, they told me they would give me a discount and did not state this to my wife so we were overcharged. The slide they provided had several holes and was missing a step to get up the slide so it was very dangerous. Also, the pool leaked and when you slide down the slide you would get scraped because the tarp was so old! Every time we would go down we would end up with a scratch. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. BBB, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

  I will never do business with this company again. They completely lack customer service and take no responsibility for slides in very poor condition (hoses with duct tape and ripped flaps that kids can get tripped up on). Drivers arrive who do not speak English so you can't communicate. I ordered a larger slide for a daycare with medically fragile children and driver left before slide was proven to be operational. The hoses had leaks, top flap of slide shredded and loose flaps at rear of the slide. Water was not emptying into the pool but flowing out of every side! Owner refused to send driver back and said even though there was leaks it was operational "so what do you want from me?"!!! Gave no credit, was completely rude on the phone and didn't care that special needs kids could get hurt on a torn slide. I do NOT recommend this company and you will be disappointed with the condition of their slides.
