I filed an appeal and showed them pictures of their system being down when I tried to pay the parking fee and they still refuse to look into the situation properly. They continue to bill me and harass me with lettersBusiness Response

I was sent an invoice for $90 due this company claiming that I never paid for parking. I have since sent proof of payment at the time for which they state on their invoice. I happened to keep the parking receipt, luckily. Still I received another invoice. This place is a scam and it seems that paying for parking once at their exorbitant rate is not enough is not enough, they want to bully people into paying a second time...Initial Complaint

I just received a letter from *********, a debt collector for PPM claiming I owe $90 to PPM. There is no detail on when or where I may have parked to incur this fee. I went online and found many complaints of the same nature. This is obviously a total scam and I want these charges dropped.Initial Complaint

11/28/2023- I was picking up a food order at ***************** that I guess is managed by Professional Parking Management. Signs are hidden and literally I was there for less than 3 minutes to receive a ridiculous parking charge notice is completely unacceptable of $55. Besides all the cars had these tickets. Parking Violations I just received 23 parking violations in one day from my son at school and he has a valid permit. I have no idea how to dispute. when I dispute all I get is an email that says they found no valid permit for that day. He has been compliant since 8/2023. They say it's under new ownership. The business did not help resolve and does not offer any customer service number to call.Sept ********* to Nov 14th violations equating to $1649.67.Hypothetically, if he didn't have a valid permit and they sent me the 1st violation in a reasonable time period I would have jumped all over it in September, BUT to wait until now to send 23 is absolute scam artist company. Something must be able to be done here.This is the campus parking for ****************. If anyone can help, please let me know. Notice Number: *********** I received a parking charge for overstaying 20 minutes in one of their lots. I have disputed this charge with the company multiple times through their disputes procedure and by trying to call them. I told them I was willing to pay for an extra hour at $9 instead of the $85 they were trying to charge me. They told me they cannot reduce the rate beyond $45 because that is their flat rate. I initially paid $19.80 for parking and now they want me to pay more just for overstaying by ******************************************* customer service and will not work with people who are willing to pay a fair amount. They are not a government entity and cannot enforce people to pay, even if they do send the bill to collections. Since they are unwilling to work with me, I am unwilling to work with them. First time visiting ****** and parked in a parking lot. Sign in front of ** shows Professional parking management sign to pay with a sing directly below it saying mon-fri 8am-7pm. With those signs and it being a Sunday I parked there it seemed like you only had to pay monday- friday. There is no sign that states no free parking anytime in that lot unlike other lots they have which I saw on their website with a picture of the signs. You ca check their reviews online and see they have a 1 star review with over 223 revies all with people saying how they are scamming people with not properly posted signs on their lots. This company needs to be investigated for the lack of signs posted when you can and cant park there. For anyone not from there they would have no idea that you had to pay on a weekend with the signs posted the way they have them.Initial Complaint

I paid $10.75 for 2 hours and was charged $85 or over stay. I entered at 8:40 am and left at 10:21 am If they charge 5 per hour how do I owe anything.
