      Bait and switch. You'll never ever be able to get what you want. It is a con! I have traveled to over a dozen countries, many cruises, even Mexican timeshares, and no one, and I mean no one, is worse than this company. They ought to be put out of business because there is literally nothing redeeming about them. I would give -1 million stars if it was possible.

      This is all a scam. ***** will not give you one detail of where you choices of the promised vacation are unless you pay them $198. So I asked, if you can't give me a detail on the vacation, can you at least show me where I can find reviews on these vacations. THAT IS NOT THERE FUNCTION is what I was told. They are there to tell us to pay the money and then you can choose where you are going, pay for taxes and fees and then you can have a choice of resorts, hotels or places to stay. At that time, you can get a full refund if you aren't happy with the choices. Reading the reviews on here, only confirmed my anxieties regarding this whole mess. What a waste of time! The gentleman/supervisor that I spoke to told me he has no problem sleeping at night. I just can't understand that.

      I went to a seminar. Had to pay $40 to go. You get vouchers for a dinner and a cruise voucher. You have to call the number of the site sent to your email. The site is gocrv.com. That site has a phone number that you can call to give them your certificate number and as questions. You would give them 2 dates, 30 days apart from each other for them to look up 2 options for your cruise. The call took 2hrs and 4mins for someone to pick up. Anyway, I got a chance to speak with someone. She was helpful but I dont appreciate how I was told that the certificate is a way for people to go on a cruise and save money. Well, the cruise was through Carnival. Ive cruised through them before. But through the Carnival website. I book the cruise, find out that there are no refunds if you cancel. So the $40 to go to the seminar, thats fine ok. But the $150 deposit that was paid was told that it would be returned. It was paid while setting up the info for the cruise. The gocrv site is what said the money would be refunded. That was a lie! It went towards the cruise. So it was a deduction for towards the 5night Eastern Caribbean cruise out of **************. The cruise was $366 +$150=$516.00. After I was excited about saving money and booking the cruise something told me to go to the Carnival website and put my exact cruise in and guess what I saw? The cruise was $269pp. You know what means, me and my husband were duped! The cruise came to $538. Meaning we only save $12. If you add in the $40 for going to the seminar that would make our total $556. Which means we paid more than the cruise was stated on the Carnival website. We couldve just gone to Carnivals website and saved the $40. Thats B.S.! All of it! How is that saving money when it turns out you are paying more.

      Gocrv.com is a fulfillment company, obligated to fulfill based on the written terms. We arent the company that marketed you, collected $40 or who you attended a seminar with. We contacted the guest and compared what she paid us with the retail price of the outside cabin that was booked and reviewed the savings. As a courtesy, we processed an additional credit.       Employees of this company of severely uneducated in the travel industry. Asked about insurance and transfers, the employee stated they are just a fulfillment center and they do not have travel credentials. This was laughable since their seller of travel licenses are listed at the bottom of the gocrv website. Given the number of regulations around booking travel and "failure to notify" laws, this raises a lot of red flags.

      Gocrv.com is not a retail travel agency; we are a fulfillment company that strictly fulfills our travel certificates, based on the written terms and conditions.  We spoke with the guest and explained that Gocrv.com will make the reservation and will need to be contacted for any changes to the reservation, which cant be transferred.  **************** will be offered on the reservation call.  The process was explained and a phone number given to call to book.       I have been calling the two numbers listed on their website for over 3 days straight. No answer after hours of waiting. It hangs up. Pressed the option for call back. Received nothing. I wanted to speak to a representative to book my trip. Then Im reading the reviews and its horrible. Its actually scary. They do say they have high call volumes and customer service is principal but I haven't spoken to anyone or gotten any help as of yet. Please someone from their company call us back. Thank you

      I have the same issue everyone else has had, getting a call back. The last time someone called me back was in early March and that was after numerous calls with a call back number. For the past 2 months have have called Gocrv 3 times per week when they open at 9:30AM and left my number for a call back. No call backs. The dates, destinations and up charges they have offered are not acceptable. I am trying to get my refund back.

      I have tried to call and schedule a cruise for September 2025 and cannot get through to the number. I have held with no answer AND I have chose 1 to save my place in line and someone would call me back in 1 business day several times and no call back as of May 8, 2025. ***** *******

      Our records show that each time the call back option was used, the guest was called back.  We had spoken with the guest and made offers for her requested Sept date, based on our availability.  The offers were declined, and a refund was requested.  This refund request has been processed.       Dear GoCRV.com --Im leaving this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the experience Ive had trying to book the family travel package promised to me after attending your 90-minute presentation.Ive made multiple attempts to contact your team, only to be placed on hold for extended periods over the past two days. When someone finally did answer, I was immediately placed back on holdonly to be disconnected.I was fully prepared to pay the $150 save-the-date deposit and move forward with booking our trip. Unfortunately, the lack of customer support and responsiveness has made that impossible. Based on my experience so farand after reading similar reviews from others who have paidIm beginning to feel like Ive wasted my time.I truly wanted to plan a memorable trip for my family, just as I was promised. Instead, its become a stressful and disappointing process from the start.I know we don't have much time to book but hope your team is able to address this and provide a resolution, but at this point, Im no longer confident in the process.

Gocrv.com is the fulfillment company and not the company you attended a presentation with.  This guest has registered the offer and has not proceeded with the required steps of the process.  We have made multiple attempts to reach this guest.       VERY SAD! Never able to get in touch with anyone! I already paid the deposit and have been trying to get in touch with someone to go over what they have available for cruises for my husband and I. While I am writing this, this is the 4th time I have tried to reach someone with no success. I am currently on hold for 41 minutes and counting. If your call volume is that high then more employees need to be hired, there should be something other than this music to tell you what caller you are and how long of a wait someone might have. That would be good business practice.

      After trying to call and sitting on hold for hrs at a time multiple days in a row <3pm EST and trying their "press 1" option for callback, I received ZERO contact. I called 3 listed numbers (including of course the reservation number in portal). 1 of the numbers I was able to leave a message with my callback number AND email address. No callback. I sat on hold on 2 phones multiple hours again today. After multiple calls & waiting 1:20 I finally got connected to a human to learn they have NO RECORD of any of my calls except one i made mid-Mar to CS (different number/team, before my tickets were able to book). *** said the system logs calls by certificate number, which you are required to dial in before you can speak to reservations. This is why I have not gotten any callbacks - their system didn't recognize any phone i called from nor leave a trace when I requested callbacks using their "dial 1" mechanism. Something weird was happening to my certificate that wasn't tracking my calls at all. The agent said she'd notify her supervisor to raise the issue ticket, but it's unlikely they'll do anything about it. As the agent said, "you will never get an agent within 30 minutes. Most people tell us they've been waiting hours. that's why we can only search 2 itineraries at a time." Obviously they're not only technically broken, they're significantly understaffed.The 2 options we tried to book on the call today had ZERO availability for our dates with any reasonable flexibility. 5:30am flight with a stop on a normally 2.25hr flight requiring 2 extra days off work to fit. Nothing remotely close to our first choice dates at multiple airports. They have such limited flight options that certificate holder should be notified that it's unlikely they'll get ANY date they want and will have to be very flexible trying to use them. Oh, and the terms listed on the certificate aren't firm - as I was told there were saturday options even though the certificates say there aren't.
