      Yes, I called about a week ago on July 1 tuition a complaint about a dealership in ***** that would be **********. I was told that a representative would contact me within five business days but they told me more like it would be less than that it has been a week I havent heard from anyone, and I have specifically have not heard back from the dealership. I would definitely like something to be done, but Im trying to get accomplished as get the issues fixed with my vehicle that I purchased from ***, Dallas and finance through AutoNation I have received no response from anyone and yet I still have these issues. One is a big safety issue to wear my Door latch on the right rear door from the inside does not operate. I have other issues but I would like to discuss them with a live person if someone will at least return my call.

      My wife brought in her 2025 ***** CR-V to AutoNation ***** *********** for a basic $49 oil change using a coupon that clearly included tire rotation. Instead, Service *************** **** gave her a nearly $1,000 estimate, which included an unnecessary differential oil replacement on a brand-new vehicle. He did not fully honor the coupon and only applied a 10% discount to the differential oil service. The oil change alone was listed at $89almost double the coupon priceand the tire rotation wasnt even mentioned.She asked to speak with General ******************* ****, but he never came. ******* *******, the service coordinator, was also involved, but no one took real responsibility or offered a fair solution.This experience came across as aggressive upselling and poor customer service. Weve trusted ***** for years, but after this visit, we wont return to AutoNation ***** *********** unless there are real changes in the way customers are treated.

      What a joke of a dealership. ****** made 2 appointments to come out to appraise my ****. Both times, no call no show. I then talk to the general sales manager and he said I'll get a call the next morning at 930am. No call. Emailed the *** no response. Writing a letter to Autonation and corporate to let them know how dysfunctional this dealership is!

      I had a truly frustrating experience at AutoNation ************* of ************* that I feel others should be warned about. Salesperson ***** ******* was very pushy, insisting I submit a credit application to hold a careven though I clearly said I wouldnt unless the hold was guaranteed 100%. He assured me this was the only way and that manager ******** ****** approved it.After I submitted the application (which triggered a hard credit inquiry), I was even sent a final invoice, making me believe the vehicle was secured. Yet, despite these assurances, the car was sold to someone else. When I followed up multiple times, ***** promised a manager would contact me, but I never received any response. Only after reaching out to another salesperson did I get a call back hours later with the news the car was gone.The lack of communication, broken promises, and complete disregard for the damage to my credit report is unacceptable. This experience felt deceptive and completely unprofessional especially from a luxury brand dealership.I strongly caution anyone thinking of doing business here to think twice before trusting their commitments. This was by far the worst car-buying experience Ive ever had.

      I normally dont post reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience in hopes that someone at AutoNation ****** will finally take this seriously.When I began the lease buyout process, I was toldclearly and confidentlythat I would owe nothing, and in fact, might even receive money back. I was instructed to ignore the initial bill ******** sent, as it was supposedly part of a standard process that wouldnt apply to ***** my surprise, months later, those bills are still showing upand now ******** is saying I owe them $3,700. Not only has this impacted my credit, but no one at AutoNation seems to care.Ive called customer service for three weeks straight, and every time I was told someone would call me back within five business days. Its now the fourth weekwith zero response. After multiple email attempts, I finally received a reply, basically saying, Sorry, this isnt the answer you want, and that Im essentially on my own.If you were going to add nearly $4,000 to the actual cost, maybe I dont purchase that vehicle from you in the first place. This feels like a shady sales tactic to push a deal through, boost a commission, and leave the customer to deal with the consequences.I didnt want to post this, but Ive been left with no other option. My credit is suffering, Ive been ignored for weeks, and no one is taking accountability.I hope this review reaches someone at AutoNation with the authority and integrity to make it right.Unprofessional, misleading, and completely unacceptable.

      Sent multiple emails messages to the General Manager and wont even respond. I have had issues for over a few months and cant get anyone to respond. Horrible experience.

      BEWARE of this location: I was sold a vehicle stating brand new tires and given a false CarFax for another vehicle. The tires they sold me with the vehicle were spoiled and rotten from December 2020 and the CarFax they provided was to show me new tires had been placed to make the sale. I went to get them to replace the tires with new ones and they refused. Check everything before purchasing. Make sure the CarFax you receive is for your vehicle is for your vehicle.Also, when getting serviced and they are charging you, make sure you are only charged their service fee that they add to the invoice that's not even for the repair one time only. I asked to pay in 2 separate credit cards and when they split the invoices, they tried to charge me on both invoices their service fee that is automatic on every ********** NOT TRUST AUTONATION *********** without confirming that you are getting what you are being told. Anything verbal get it in writing.The people are always nice but not always truthful!!!!!

      Purchase a truck in LV ,paid cash ,said they would sent the title so I could get the lic . been 3 months and nothing . Talked to the Manager and he was rude and kicked me out of his office still no title .

      Purchased unit and found out later it was involved in a $120k accident settlement i wasn't made aware of. And has mechanical issues they won't address.
