    We worked with White Glove Relocation Group as our moving company, who selected the courier "Express Delivery Pros" to deliver our belongings. They originally picked up our belongings in early August and we let them know that we were ready for our delivery on August 12, 2022. I have been provided countless delivery windows and have still yet to receive my belongings, 6months later. White Glove has stopped answering our calls and emails. White Glove recognizes that Express Delivery Pros is not a good courier and has caused several delivery delays for other customers, but now refuse to communicate with us. They have provided numerous excuses for why the delivery is taking so long, from the truck breaking down twice to the delivery driver getting Covid, but we found out that our belongings have been in a storage unit in *****. They insist that my belongings have not been lost or stolen, but that it is just not cost affective for them to drive to ***********. They won't provide pictures of our belongings or the address of the storage unit in which are belongings currently are. We hired White Glove to manager our move, but our belongings have yet to be delivered and they are now not communicating with us. Our contracts are connected to expired links so we don't even have access. We would like our money back and the delivery of our belongings.

    OnJuly 31,2020 I hired White Glove Movers to move my furniture from ******* ** to ********* ***.. On August 27, 2020 they sent a company named Prime Moving to take our furniture to Primes warehouse to store until our home was built than move it there to Englewood for $5600.00. On September 8, 2020 Prime called demanded I get storage immediately and wire them a additional $3380.00 or my furniture would be thrown in the street which we paid.. I paid my storage fees from September through December 2022 when we finally closed on our house. I called Prime to move us and they are out of business. I called White Glove moving who said they would get back to me and havent. We paid our own movers to this and want to be reimbursed for the moving charge. They will not call back. Please help

    On Sept 29, 2022 I paid this company a deposit of $1,630.00 for a move between ********** and ***********. On Sept 30, 2022 I cancelled the order. I received a cancellation verification email stating I would be refunded the deposit less 10%. As of this date 12-16-2022 I have not received my refund and cannot get anyone there to explain why.
