    I would do zero stars if I could. Recently moved from ********* to *****. Just 356 miles but I have health issues as well as caring and moving my mother with me, a 97 year old woman. This experience has been the worst. We did not know they were moving brokers. We thought we were dealing with the moving company itself. In the co ***** it states they have 5 days to deliver. Which is totally understandable if moving from across the country, but we moved 5 hours away. We are now told it will be here on Tuesday. It was loaded up up on Thursday. So basically the truck will sit parked for 4 more days?? This is outrageous. This company had good reviews from what I saw but it seems I didnt dig further. We now have to pay for a hotel out of our pocket for the next possible 4 days. Unacceptable

    Dear customer, we understand that an interstate move can be stressful especially when you're relocating with your 97-year-old mother. We do our best to meet every clients expectations, but unfortunately, interstate moves can be more complex than they seem. Were glad that in the end, we were able to shorten your delivery window from 5 days to just 3, as your belongings were delivered on Sunday instead of Tuesday.     I recently moved from Cali to Florida and used Mile Relocation to handle the whole move and honestly, they crushed it! From day one, they made the entire process super chill with no stress. The crew showed up right on time, came prepared, worked fast, and were super professional. They treated my stuff with a ton of care both loading and unloading, which I really appreciated. Price was a little bit high for me, but very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. I’m seriously impressed and will 100% use them again if I ever move in the future!

    We recently moved from Florida to Chicago, and we are very pleased how Mile Relocation coordinated the whole moving process for us. First, their moving team was great to work with, they showed up on time, well prepared, and they worked very professionally and efficiently. After the movers left, we were always updated on when we should prepare for our items to arrive. When delivery arrived, everything was safely unloaded, placed into the rooms we wanted things to be placed, and anything they disassembled they reassembled back together. In conclusion, we were left very pleased with how everything was done, and although moving is always stressful, we definitely feel like this was the easiest move we’ve done. We highly recommend this moving company for your move!!
