    My experience with Elite Van Lines was positive. Their handling of my transfer was faultless from start to finish. The two individuals, **** and ******* were very conscientious and competent. They were very careful with my walls and furniture when they moved them. They were really honest about all the costs and provided excellent clarifications. Everyone here, from the receptionists to the movers, does their jobs well. They are the kind of people I will use again and recommend to everyone I know.

    The first time I used their movers, everything went well. Both teams that picked up and delivered my things were very careful with them. When I got my things, they were safe from damage because of them. The experience was great!

    WORST decision ever. Elite's quotes were off and little or no help with how costs were handled. .Their promised handling was pawned off and everything was altered at the last minute. Storage quotes were not followed. move date altered and we had to accept the movers up charges Actual movers told us we made our mistake by not understanding that Elite is a moving broker and has little or nothing to do with the move. No follow through. not reliable

    This is the 3rd (hopefully last) time I have used Elite Van Lines and they are amazing! Professionalism, reasonable prices, and quality are off the chart. I have never had any damage or issues with any of the moves they did.

    The Elite Van Lines is awesome! Even though our freight elevator was out of service for an hour, the movers got everything moved and unpacked in our new home in record time! They completed the job in less time than estimated so we paid less than the quoted price!!! Nothing was broken or missing and the movers were very friendly. Theyre an A++ company and were going to use them again to move our storage unit.

    Elite Van Lines has my heart; the movers were all over my possessions; the china and crystal crockery, chandelier, and other appliances were carefully wrapped and loaded into the lorries. The cartons were all safely packed and labeled.

    They were wonderful. Very carefully packed fragile items and I had many antiques.. nothing was broken. They even hand carried my mattress up 7 flights because it didnt fit in the elevator. They didnt complain once. I would definitely use them again.
