    They had 2 cases open for Insurance to pay for this. Both were closed with no reason given.They were supposed to deliver our stuff on 9/18/21 They showed up on 9/30 with half of our stuff missing They came back again on 11/05 Again, with only some of our stuff. I have sent several emails that have gone unanswered Calls to ******************************* have been going straight to voice mail Calls to the main number have been ringing but nobody has answered Oh, and they also smashed the lid of my ******* tool box Not exactly sure what all is missing but here is a list of stuff we're sure of. Our silverware, service for 12, ***************************** Stainless, 65 pieces Flatware tray - Amazon,Sorbus Flatware Drawer Organizer, Expandable Cutlery Drawer Tray Cooking utensils, 4 paring knives, 6 Salisbury Crab Knives Sewing Table, fairly big but it folds up, brown. Office Chair, large dark leather, heavy Looks very close to this ********************************************************************************** Surface Pro Tablet computer:Serial number ************ Misc Computer stuff, 4 ext HDs, cables, pen drives, etc Pots and Pans, 2 cast iron pans, 3 or 4 stainless pans, Set of Red Copper pans (skillet, square pot with strainer/lid, 2 pans), misc SS pots Glass shelves (2)for Curio Cabinet Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven in orig, box - Kohls SKU # ******** Wood Desk, this was pretty heavy.

    Our belongings came broken or were not delivered at all. They took our things to a storage unit and then transferred them to another storage unit. That way when they didn't arrive, they could blame the storage units. We contracted with them. Our crystal, coin collection, clothes, original art work, trains, and toys were STOLEN by this company. They also didn't deliver an old trunk that contained all of my family memories. They had us file a claim with the insurance company. The insurance company CSI would later inform us they could no longer take claims from this company because they had received so many. WHAT? We. were so emotionally destroyed by having so many precious priceless items stolen and destroyed. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!
