  Don't use this company unless you have money to waste. No estimate they provide is accurate, they contract out to 3rd party companies who will come tell you that the estimate is inaccurate and demand money on the spot for the move. They will tell you the costs will include packing materials, then not include that in the quote and deny they said it. They will tell you the final quote they send you is "not to exceed" but despite getting an itemized list AND dimensions for items you will end up getting told that the move requires more space than they estimated by the movers who show up. They except themselves out of accurate estimating by including a clause in their contract (that they don't identify up front or call out) that says the estimates are not their responsibility (despite charging you and promising you that the quote is the *** value. Total scam from beginning to end.

  Up until the moving truck came to my house and loaded my stuff it was a good experience. Then came after which has been a complete dumpster fire!! Passed around to multiple people who seem like they could care less, take days to reply. Near zero communication, multiple changes to deliver day (by weeks not days). 16 days and I have yet to get a solid delivery day, like what in the actual ____! Don't get me started on how much this circus costs for their pathetic service.

  Value Added Moving was very easy to work with. They adjusted my days without fuss. The packers and movers were friendly and did a great job ensuring that all my furniture and belongings arrived safely. Thank you so much!!

  On moving day, the team truly exceeded expectations. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and walked me through everything step by step. Their efficiency was remarkablethey moved quickly while taking great care with all my belongings. They even went above and beyond by offering to assist with items I was planning to move myself, reassuring me with, "Well take care of it.

  Hiring movers is ALWAYS stressful. I asked folks around here for recommendations and everyone honestly Said they had only had bad experiences. I came across Value Added Moving on **** and they had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. Their method for quoting you is awesome and on point. They know exactly how many movers and how long it would take. The movers worked so hard, they werent slow but cautious, and just very nice and respectful and kind.

  They're moving quote was unbeatable to other moving companies. **** and his crew were exceptional. They were very professional, efficient and well organized. They exceeded all my expectations. Once in our new home they setup everything as requested. I would highly recommend using Value Added Moving

  Most if not all of their positive reviews posted both her and on ****** are fake. They use third world countries bot farms or their existing subcontractors to post fake views. They will lie about price, when they arrive etc. BBB should review their reviews and see they are obviously false include forgetting to change the company name from the review they copied and pasted from. Poor service and highly recommend to avoid this company.

  This company is a scam and I would love to save anyone I can from the stress and loss of money that will happen if you work with them. We had initially agreed to $3400 dollars and had 72 hours to cancel. Once I found that I could move myself with a U-Haul truck for $2000 on the high end, I called and cancelled the same day. Within 5 minutes a manager called me and went all the way down to $2600. I couldnt pass up on spending and extra $600 dollars for labor. The day the movers arrived it suddenly jumped to $7800 for a two bedroom apartment. I tried calling the employee we were working with, ****** ****, but he suddenly wouldnt answer my text or phone calls. I ended up telling the movers to leave since I wasnt paying more than the initially agreed amount. The lady I spoke with blamed it on only being a verbal contract and them not doing a video to see everything we had that needed loaded. That should be a standard if the amount fam change that much. They ultimately told me there was nothing they could do and it was what it was. We ended up getting a U-Haul and paid less than $2000 with gas and were moved out in a day with only 3 people loading the truck. Definitely not worth the $7800 they were trying to scam me out of. Please do yourself a favor and do it yourself or find a much better honest company to move you than Value Added Movers. I have never been so displeased and disappointed in a company before. They are good at scamming you so please do not trust them and just go else where or do it yourself!

  Their professionalism was evident. The team arrived with a cheerful attitude and wasted no time in getting started. My own cousins seemed to be lending a hand because they were so amiable. Even if everything was where I wanted it, they checked again. It was all delivered safely and on schedule. 10 out of 10.

  Absolutely horrendous company. Have their used car sales men waste your time with how reliable and trust worthy they are only to subcontract your job out to the worst imaginable companies that you wouldn't even consider letting handle your belongings. All guarantees or quotes from them do not matter as its only them insuring the broker gets paid and the subcontracted company will charge whatever they want after your arrangements are already set to where there's no getting out of it. Without postponing whatever move or job you needed done.
