We are having the same issue to the point that my mom is being harassed by this company daily! Today, i get a call from her housekeeper telling me about the outrageous number of calls she got from this company wanting my mothers doctors name. Each time I visit , there is a new box of "****" that she does not need. She has dementia and these calls stress her out. I have contacted a lawyer and filed with medicare and FTC and will not stop until the calls stop! How they lay their head down at night, I just don't understand!
The phone number to KEY MEDICAL only rings a few times and stops. A horrible scam.

This company sent unauthorized durable medical equipment to my mother. The phone numbers provided on the shipping label and on the contact information provided here do not work. When you call, you are immediately placed on hold music which hangs up shortly thereafter. My Mother is contacting Medicare to report fraud.Review from Hattie L

My mother has dementia, was sent items not doctor authorized, shame on you , if you want this you can come get it ,how dare you prey on elderly to get unauthorized sales .Review from Reesky

They are terrible taking advantage of older people. I have a friend they badgered until she was in tears. And still told her that they would be sending her two more packages after she repeatedly told them she didn't want anything and didn't need anything.Review from Shawn K

This company sent unwanted medical equipment to my mother without her consent, Wrist/hand orthosis and an Elbow orthosis, ordered by **** * ******* she has absolutely no use for these products, I tried calling their phone number and they hang up without answering the call after a couple minutes wait time. This company must be scamming folks to get paid by Medicare. The total cost was $1,385.48. I will be pursuing this until it is resolved. Beware of their *****ulent Medicare/insurance billing practices and nature of doing business. They should very much be ashamed that any part of their business model is calling and praying on the naivety of elderly individuals. Early this week an elderly woman in my care received a box of durable medical equipment that she didn't order and did not require. Upon calling Key Medical LLC they noted that she had participated in a survey and told the "doctor" in the survey that she had back pain and that was his queue to "prescribe" a back brace. Low and behold a week later she received the back brace. When pressed on who the doctor was who prescribed this or how this was even a legal business practice the associate at Key Medical LLC hung up the phone. Overall a generally ***** business practice and certainly one that is unethical. We have filed a claim with Medicare and her supplemental insurance related to this ***** but in general this practice should be stopped.Review from Pat S

I have had the same problem with this company sending supplies to my Dad without him asking for it. Then they come by and pick the supplies back up. They will not talk to you on the phone. So I have made a complaint to Medicare and the Federal Trade Commission. At this point I have no reason to talk to anybody from this Company so if your read this, don't reach out. Just go away...
