On May 1st, 2025 I went to the Preferred Men's Medical Center located at ******************************************************************************************** with telephone ********** and fax ********** also emergency 24 hour linenumber ********** and toll free for any questions or concerns **********, and also emergency ******************** assistance line ********** for a medical treatment because of commercial I heard on Radio that is being aired on a regular daily basis. I was pressured to apply for a loan and to sign documents regarding the treatment without giving me the time to read all the documents. As soon as I got home I call to request cancellation of the treatment and am told that no refund is allowed for this treatment program and was traitened to be referred to ******************* if I refuse to go to the treatment program. Preferred. I called Preferred Men's Medical Center, they referred me to the *********** for a Healthcare credit loan #******** in the amount of $9720. by telling me I have to deal with the loan company. I told the lady on the phone that I already spoke to a representative from Preferred Men medical Center who referred me to them and she put me on hold. When she came back on the phone she put me on the phone with Preferred Men's Medical Center whom insists that I have to stay with their treatment program if I don't the loan company will send me to collection for refusing to pay the loan as a trait. I would like to know if people don't have the right to refuse service from a provider if they don't want to receive the service provided by the provider. They try to convince me to work with them to even reduce the amount of money they charge for their treatment which make me feel this is another way of ruinning people. Those people charge whatever amount they want and even blof people that if you get insurance your insurance can reimberse for the money spent for this program. I even told them I am a veteren of the ******* service and that I have no other insurance.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I was pressured by these people to sign the document without showing me or telling me that this treatment couldnt be canceled. I havent received any of their treatment products beside what I left their clinic with and as soon as I got home, I realized that this is a treatment that requires a lot of slavering and I will not be able to execute these instructions as prescribed. This is the reason why I decide to cancel these treatments. Whatever amount of money already spent is spent but Im not going to accept a credit for something Im not going to use.

I am rejecting this response because:
As I explained this business hide the real truth behind their methods of treatment and pressures people to sign credit contracts without telling them that signing their contracts are irrevocable and they keep sending people back and forth between them and the creditors. When contacted the creditor they assume it is the provider to tell them to cancel a loan when youre the one signing on a loan you should be the one canceling your loan. Especially it is less than 24 hours that you call to cancel such loan. I believe this is a ripoff organization whos only looking out to get money and is trying every way possible to get the money and do not care about customers safety and concerns.

This occurred on 3/17/23 I went to Preferred Men's Health (they are supposed to assist men with *** I and was given a test p**** injection to see if the medication would work on me. It did. This is where the scam part of this occurs. I was then asked to pay $5,000 on my credited card for medications, syringes, alcohol swabs etc. Also I signed all the papers to pay the $5,000 I believe I was given a drug (through the penil test injection) that coerced me to make a $5,000 purchase. I never make purchases of this amount.I of course contacted both Preferred Men's Health and my credit card company to cancel the charge. Unfortunately, all of the paperwork they made me sign (again while I was under the influence of the drug) says that I agreed to this willingly. Again, I believe that this p**** injection didn't work simply on my *** but also on my ability to make sound decisions. I understand that I was gullible and stupid in this instance, but I can't believe that I am the only one. I've tried working with them, all there paperwork, says non-refundable. The only things I received are alcohol gauze, syringes and a carrying case. No medications were provided at any time. I went to Preferred Men's Medical for a consultation on an ED ******* per their advertising on radio of "no fee" for first visit. They so called tested me with Ultrasound and determined that I am a good candidate. They then pursued with an injection of some substance that SOMEWHAT worked a little but also made me a little bleary and confused. I am *********************************************************************** and that it just needs adjusted and the price I heard and understood was $1377.00. I gave them my credit card and saw a charge of $13,771.00. I was horrified and shocked and confused !!The guy told me that's their price. I BEGGED HIM TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION AND CREDIT ME. He had just put it through minutes before, but he refused saying it was too late for that. I am a retired self employed business man and know that payment can be cancelled even days after a mischarge. They then had me sign some papers to the fact that I was tested there and knew what was happening. In other words I only signed that AFTER THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. I never consented to their price of $13,771.00. I only acknowledged I had been charge. I was literally confused (perhaps from what they gave me) . I would never have agreed if I had known the price and had a clear head. Now in addition to the fact that the product is not working for me at all I have negative side affects- can't sleep, and nausea . What I want is my money returned ASAP. I feel I was humiliated and cheated and they said I have no recourse. I sat their till 5:00 pm from 10:30 am but they refused to credit me, telling me it was "too late" and that I was "wasting my time!" He even said he had already "ordered the product", which was barely 5 minutes earlier, and that he couldn't cancel. I have never experienced such dishonesty in my lifetime.Business Response
