On April 24th, 2025, at around 4:30, I went to pick up my mail like I always do, because I was notified it had arrived. I had been expecting this mail that had arrived, as I really need it! A box had arrived for me early, and that was thrown on the desk, by Candy or ****** whatever she decides to go by, and then she started to look for my important "paper" mail that I was notified about. She complained and complained about not being able get through anything and that everything was missing and it was the fault of the new employees and that they probably threw it away! Why was it scanned! Normally, Candy is the one who seems to be able to find the impossible-but not today!! Also, she tried to upset and embarrass me by saying that they're missing money, because I requested to discard scanned items I picked up!?!?;? I was told by Ipostal Support a long time ago to shred or discard items that were already picked up!!! She started on this rant, about how I paid late, etc!!! What she is going through is not my fault and I don't deserve to be abused over it!!! She's obviously on something or going through a hard time, but shes slamming things and throwing things almost at me, and being nearly violent and abusive!!! I don't know her personally, but I just wanted to pick up my mail in peace, as she's paid to hand it to me! Not abuse me and hide it from me! After this month, I'm going elsewhere. I need someone stable to give me my mail, and to understand that I've been through the ringer to get my money and my packages, and I don't need the abuse! I just want my mail! I pay this place $9.99+ a month to get it! I'm sure she's proud of herself for upsetting me and I know she hopes to make me feel as bad as she does
