    I called their line and they sent a technician to assist me to get into my apartment that I was locked out. As soon as the technician saw my door he was in rush to get it done and he said that it will be $25 to open my door and because he said that he cannot open it lock picking because it was a door k*** he said he will have to break it and then replace it which he said the door k*** option will be determined once he took a look at the open door. He broke my door k*** and open the door and told me the best option for new door k*** is 145 and I confirmed again that it will 25 plus 145, he said yes. Once he finished he told me that the total is 453, and I was very shocked, I told him you told me its 25 to open the door and 145, where is the rest coming from, he said its 225 and 145 for new lock , then $50 for labor + tax, I explained to him that he never said 225 and then he also never mentioned any $50 fee, and he argued thats what it is and I kept talking him he said 25 and never mentioned $50 for labor and he argued with me and yelled at me to pay him bc he has another costumer to take care, I was left with no option but to pay him via Zelle, he didnt even provide a receipt or anything. I called the company back to inform them of what happened and they basically said we look into it and get back to you. They have not.     I dont believe it was my technician that came out.  I will investigate the matter.  If she wants she can call me directly at ********** to further help with investigation.
