  I too thought I was filling out a form to renew my passport. Any statement that they are not affiliated with the government passport office should be clearly stated before asking for any personal information. I'm really concerned that this business has my personal information and I want it deleted. I see you have replied to others about deleting their information so let me know how I can get my information deleted. A refund would be nice but I'm more concerned with you having my information deleted.

We do not charge for the form itself, but for the assistance in its preparation.  Our charge is a one-time flat fee and not a reoccurring charge.   
  Our website states in 3 sections of the home page: top, midsection, and footer, the fact that we are not affiliated with the ******************************* Not as the customer stated that we state that information afterwards. 
  In no way do we try to impersonate any government agency. We do not hide our phone number, our location, or the fact that we are not affiliated with the social security administration.  
   The top section states: "Not Affiliated with the **** 
   The mid-section states: "While the ****************************** allows you to request a social security card at no cost, easy-apply is a paid service with the objective of simplifying the process, eliminating guesswork, and providing detailed instructions about how to fill out and where to mail government forms. Easy-Apply is not affiliated with nor endorsed by the **** (this in bold letters). 
  Our footer states: "It is possible to obtain an SS-5 form at no cost at ssa.gov. " 
  Also, the checkbox for the customer to acknowledge the terms and conditions before placing the order also states: "I also understand that the ****************************** supplies blank forms and instructions for new and replacement cards free of charge. Nevertheless, I wish to use easy-apply' services with personalized instructions to fill out the SS-5 form alongside all additional services provided herein."  Which the customer has to check **** that they agree before moving on to the next page. 
  Many people find it difficult to find instructions and to fill out government forms, thus seek the help of assistants like ours. We provide an intuitive and personalized questionnaire that adapts itself to the customer. The e-package is immediately delivered to the e-mail provided on the order. Plus, we search the address of the local social security office to where the customer needs to send out the forms.   This is a company that solely preys on stupid people. Myself included. I cannot believe I fell for this service thinking I was applying to renew my passport. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund for the outrageous charge of $65 to file for a passport renewal when you can get those forms for free on the government website. I conveyed to the customer service rep that the only way to see that this service is not a legit passport renewal office, is to scroll down to the bottom of the webpage in very small print even though the rep said it is plainly explained at the beginning of the application process. It is not. The rep also mentioned the company has nothing to do with the US Government but in their Easy Apply paragraph section with pictures of pleasant people, it states, "Our team is comprised of 'government service professionals' that will help you through the ropes of government bureaucracy, so you can focus on running your life instead of being trapped in meaningless forms and applications." This is enough to make me vomit. I am writing to the Operations Manager, ***************************, *************************************, ** *****. It could be a colossal waste of time, but I'm doing it.

  I am embarrassed and frustrated that I fell for this. I was trying to fill out a passport renewal and this website came up first. I should have taken the time to research more closely. My credit card company even alerted me that there could be a fraud. This company charged me $88 to fill out a form that I could have done on my own for free. This is a rip off, they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people. I am concerned that they now have all of my personal information. I have reached out to contact them to have my information deleted. Still waiting for a response.

  We were ******* by this company and want our money back and personal information removed from their site. They have a minors personal and contact information without the consent of his parents. We will dispute with our credit card as well. We are trying to contact the company but there is no direct contact information.

  I am so embarressed that I fell for this, I Googled ** Passport Renewal forms--which is obviously a free government form--and ended up filling out the form through their website. I didn't realize the mistake until I saw the $65 charge to my credit card. I am disputing it, but so upset that I was misled into providing so much of my personal information.

  Didn't realize this was a scam and gave them $65 and my personal information. When I called to ask them about it they told me my information did not go through and yet the transaction is still pending. Had to then contact my credit card company to flag the transaction. I would like my payment refunded and personal information deleted.

  I am extremely concerned that I gave all my personal information to Easy Apply ** for a replacement social security card before I realized it was not an official government website. It was not my intention to use a non-government site! I did pay the ***** dollars which was unnecessary which does upset me but more than that I want my personal information deleted from this site. I am not sure what to do next. I want a refund, and my information off this site immediately. I do feel deceived as it seems like you are on a government site and the security info is hidden. Please let me know how to proceed. In addition, Easy Apply should state that this is not a government site.

  Horrible company. I fell for the same thing as everyone else. It's the FIRST thing when you search "social security card replacement". They charge you for the "ease" of emailing you a form that is FREE ON THE **** However, I couldn't even open the email attachment they sent. They charge you almost $50 for a pre paid label. Ridiculous. Then, you have to email to get a refund and maybe you'll hear back within days. I was totally taken for $50 for a form that is free and not difficult to fill out. VERY MISLEADING and this company shouldn't be in business. Their 1 star review should tell you what type of company this is.

  I did the same thing as ********. I thought I was on an actual government passport site to get my passport. I am very concerned that I gave all my personal information to Easy Apply ** before I realized it was not an official government website. It was not my intention to use a non-government site! I did pay the ***** dollars which was unnecessary which does upset me but more than that I want my personal information deleted from this site. I am not sure what to do next. I did call and was reassured my information was secure but am feeling very uncomfortable about this as I just spoke to a young women who did not seem to be able to relieve my concerns.
