            I would like to be refunded the entire amount charged for the room, I booked the reservation from ***** Fargo Rewards and used ****** points to book this room for one night. The hotel is claiming I showed up on the date (2-23-22) and booked the room that day which is not true, I booked the room in December using points, they made me put in a credit card for incidentals and they charged it the entire cost for the room.I booked with 2 other people the same way theirs was charged too but refunded, they added my hilton rewards number to this reservation which changed it, that was their error not mine.

            I thought I would enjoy a day at this hotel during spring break March 2022, and expected the price would be a little higher, but unexpectedly the room was tacky and not impressing. I stayed and tried to enjoy the festivities going on the beach instead. After one night at this hotel I experienced itching and a tickling sensation around my face and ears. Yes I spent almost $600 dollars to caught LICE. IT was so bad that I went to the hospital to get treatment. You would think since Covid they would take extra time to properly clean the rooms. Once I'm better they will hear from my lawyer.
