    I tried to get a quote online. Since then I have received a deluge of spam calls from different numbers. They clearly either sold my number or are spoofing their phone number to avoid my blocking. I with for them to never contact me again.

    I am filing this complaint regarding fraudulent and malicious practices by Health Insurance Alliance.I was initially contacted by representatives of this company regarding health insurance. The offer they described sounded legitimate, so I listened to what they had to say. However, after providing my debit card information, I discovered that my account was charged for services and transactions that I did not ************ is now clear to me that this company is operating dishonestly. Their agents are taking card information under false pretenses and using it for their own financial gain. This behavior is predatory, fraudulent, and constitutes a scam.I am requesting that the BBB investigate Health Insurance Alliance and take appropriate actions to protect consumers. I would also like my case documented to warn others from falling victim to this company.

    I inquired for health insurance.. I had used and had Alliance in 2008. It was wonderful and extremely professional service. Came to my home issued a group insurance co-op. Serving 1099 and self Employed at group *********** 9/16/2025 ************* played the hard sale game. When I said NO and disconnected him. He called back 3 times from a private number. It got heated... I told him not yo call me anymore. His consistency and verbal badgering, I resorted to my military demeanor... listen here you MF...if I knew his location it would definitely be physical.Con men ... he stated a company that I had never heard of .. when googled nothing came up. I asked for documents to be sent... he made ridiculous excuses why that is NOT procedure.These people need to be stopped.

    After researching our records with the information (phone number and email address) you provided. Our systems show there was no contact from our agency or agents to you. We are able to confirm that Health Insurance Alliance is not the Alliance insurance company that you need to file this complaint for. 
    Health Insurance Alliance (HIA) has not had or currently have field agents that would come to your home. Also, we could not have made your enrollment back in 2008, because HEALTH INSURANCE ALLIANCE, LLCs Date of Incorporation, was not until September 5, 2017. 

    Some suggestions, you may want to look up the name of the insurance agency that enrolled you back in 2008. There are several insurance agencies with Alliance in their name. Also, the insurance carrier of our policy might still have a record of which agency enrolled you. 

    Also, if you are still needing insurance coverage will be glad to help you.

    I accidentally contacted this business because after ****** search I mistakenly thought I was calling the official ACA. I realized my mistake and I do not wish to contact them. Ive been harrassed with constant phone calls from all different states and countries since then. I want it to stop!

    I have tried multiple times to cancel this "insurance" and they refuse to cancel. I've had to cancel my credit card to stop the payments

    On 8/12/2025 I purchased I thought I was purchasing health insurance. Agent license #******* told me the ********************** was Aetna insurance ppo no deductible. My doctor was in their network. My ID number is ********* after midnight the insurance goes into affect then I could print my card until the real card comes in mail 7 to 10 days. When I printed the card it said ********** plus 100A through Dozer health **** Started looking up information on this found reviews that they were a scam and has taken money from alot of people. They took ****** from me.

    I made the mistake of filling out a form on their website to receive health insurance information. After learning via text from someone named ****** that the company is an insurance brokerage I advised that I was not interested in working with a brokerage. Like the other ********************************************** I reached out to several of their agents today and advised that I wanted my phone number removed from their system-their response was okay and to hang up. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one wasnt available. This company is fraudulent. They use spoofing tactics to engage in daily harassment. My next step is to contact Consumer Affairs. As I have asked them multiple times I formally request they refrain from contacting me immediately.

    Over 20 calls/texts from Health Insurance Alliance regarding a supposed application asking if application is for individual or family. When asked to whom they wish to speak the name is always *****. Last call from ************. Im on the do not call list.

    Your request was received on July 3, 2025 and we can confirm that we have not attempted to contact the phone number that you provided ###-###-6681 since July 2, 2025.This is when you told our agent that we had the wrong number. We added the phone number you provided ###-###-6681 to our Do Not Call (DNC) list on July 15, 2025 for extra measure.


    Since this is a wrong number issue, someone may have accidentally mis-keyed their phone and inadvertently provided your phone number. We do suggest that you add your phone number to the National Do Not Call Registry, ************************** in an attempt to stop the unwanted calls.

    I went onto their website to get information about health insurance and in two hours I have gotten over 40 phone calls from people trying to sell me health insurance. I want the calls to stop and I want to revoke my permission to use/distribute my personal information.

    I was looking for private insurance for health medical and dental. At the time I did not have option for insurance through work even though working full time- but listed as casual and not benefit eligible. This service , Universal Health Share contacted me to offer me options for private insurance. They gave me full details and stated that My providers I use would be covered the way their coverage works. I specifically asked about their plans details. I was told that I could cancel anytime , be refunded the ***** start up fee and all. After actually needing to use this service, I found out that it does absolutely nothing for me- but takes my ****** a month. I have had to pay out of pocket, I have been embarrassed and shamed . I am an intelligent person- this has been awful and wasted so much of my time . I am appalled at this whole incident . They stated they can only refund me for the last payment. Gave me an email to file yet another complaint with management- would not let me talk to managment on the phone. Sad place for us humans to be in. I even called last week to try to cancel but was talked into keeping the plan becuase the lady told me a pharmacy ( cub foods in chaska ) would be able to use their discount plan. This was also a lie and cost me another month of ****** that I cannot afford . So disappointed . So scammed . Cannot imagine what happens to people that dont know any better - wish I would have figured it out sooner. Awful treatment and misleading . Oh, and I am an ******************** Nurse at two facilities and also work at an orthopedic institute and take care of babies to the elderly- for 20 plus years I have been a nurse , through COVID - never left bedside care . I also have Petitioned for safe staffing and better practices . Slap in the face .
