Hello,I purchased a cleanse from Peculiar-People-Holistic on March 5th, 2025 and have emailed them 9 times as there is no contact number for them, I sent them 2 messages on Instagram as well with no response. I never received my items and am requesting my $98.69 be refunded. I have read several reviews after the fact that this is common with this company, and they should be shut down! Date of Transaction: 2 Jan 2025 Amount: $154.89 I ordered and paid for 8 bottles of Colon Cleanse and received 6 bottles. I sent several emails requesting my 2 additional bottles or a refund - no response. I also called and left several messages and again - no response. One of the bottles had hard sediments at the bottom which would have been very dangerous if indigested. **************** has been non existent. September 5 and October 26th, I received products as requested per subscription plan. Following 2nd order shipment, I attempted to cancel subscription without finding a cancellation link on website, despite the cancellation policy stating to do so. Since then, I have received 5 shipments with one on the way, despite my attempts to contact them through their contact us page, responding to their emails informing me of another shipment, requesting my subscription be cancelled, calling their customer service number and leaving a voicemail, calling about additional phone number provided by my bank, and physically returning product to sender. I am unable to cancel these transactions through my bank without having to cancel my debit card (which would disrupt many of my bill payments to other companies). I am hopeful you will be able to engage with this company, as I have been met with deaf ears to my requests.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (#*****) for this product and after using it, I followed the instructions to cancel the ongoing subscription so I would not receive anymore. Well, next thing I know I get billed for another one and they sent me a second bottle (order #*****). Again, I reply to the email that is right in the receipt from the order and let them know I do not want this product any longer and to cancel and stop charging me. Well, a 3rd bottle gets deliver and I was charged yet again (order #*****). I send another email telling them I do not want these and I will send them back, I just want my money back for the last 2. I ordered product from this business and I didn't receive anything not even a an email of why my merchandise has yet to be processed to being delivered or just a complete email saying there might be a backorder issue or product issue. The only email I have received is the one with my order number and what I purchased. I have contacted and even email this company a bunch of times but no answer. On October of 2024 I placed an order with Peculiar People Holistic for the following:1 Day (Happy Colon) Cleanser 2 Additionally, I signed up for a monthly recurring subscription for the above mentioned product. Initially, the product arrived several weeks late. Upon using the item, I was quite dissatisfied with its potency. However, I decided to keep my existing subscription and give the company another chance, waiting to see the results of my 2nd product shipment. I was dissatisfied with my second shipment as well. Specifically, product reviews state that users would experience significant bowel movements, as this is a Colon Cleansing product. Although the second shipment did arrive on time, I did not experience a significant change in my bowel movement. As per the products listed instructions, I took an additional bottle the follow day, as the bottle of colon cleanse I drank the just the day prior yielded no results. Im not asking for any money back, as i used the product. Im simply asking to ****** my subscription. Ive attempted to call the customer service number listed on the website several times, ************, and a recording comes on stating that the Google Voice customer is not available. I called again today, 1/30/25, and I received a message stating that the ******* number you dialed is out of service.Additionally, Ive sent multiple emails to ********************************** kindly requesting cancellation of my subscription, but to no avail. The fact that there seems to not be a working number available associated with the company, coupled with no response to my multiple emails, raises reasonable suspicion on the validity of this company. Placed an order with them on October 12th 3024 . A few days later I checked the status of my order and said it was ready to ship . It has remained in that ready to ship status until this day. Its January 29th. I have contacted the company several times over the past few months . At first they kept sending me a email saying they see my order has been delivered and asked me to confirm . I wrote back that it wasnt several times and now they just ignore my emails all together.
