    I ordered a 20 day meal plan and did not realize I had to email catered fit my delivery address separately. I thought it would be sent to the address I entered though the sign up process. My mistake. When the first meal was delivered to my old address the delivery driver text me and let me know the residents were refusing delivery. I realized the mistake and asked to meet the delivery driver somewhere to pick up my meal. At first he said yes, but hours later he sent me a random address in the hood and told me my meal was left there without any further information. Hours after that the manger text me and says that address is his house and I can pick it up there but then stopped responding the rest of the night, the next day, or the day after. When I talked to customer service they said it was my fault for not sending them my correct address and that its not their responsibility to assist after I've made a mistake. Even though I ordered 20 days of food, they couldn't make any guarantees that'd I'd get any since I put the wrong address. It made no sense. My new address is in the delivery area about 6miles from my old address. My old address is 1 block from my job and they wouldn't reschedule the deliveries to it. They wouldn't let me meet the driver or even pick up my food from the house in the hood. Nothing.I threatened to file a chargeback if they didn't allow me to pick up the meals or get them delivered to my correct address because theres no way I should have to forfeit all 20 days. They disagreed and stopped responding to my emails, calls, text, blocked me from logging into my account, never delivered a meal, and kept my money. Its ridiculous. I want my money back either as a refund voluntarily or as a charge back.
