EDU FIRST has called me over 15 times in the last 5 hours. *** already told the receptionist that I wanted my number on the no call list and I still get random numbers calling me. At 10:32 am this company out of no where started calling me. I answered and said I didn't sign up for this, please put me on your no call list. They have called me 47 times today. All from different numbers so I can not block them from calling. Even if I was interested in whatever they are selling, I would never go with someone who calls this much. 47 times!!! For the Love of God please make the calls stop!! This is ridiculous!! The staff calling are rude and inconsiderate they don't listen to what your saying and repeatedly call and call and call !! This company calls me from different phone numbers with the same area code as me (presumably to get me to answer what I think is a local call). When I answer, it's a robot asking if I can hear her ok and then the bot proceeds with a sales pitch. I DO NOT WISH TO BE CONTACTED BY THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF IT'S SUBSIDIARIES. These people have called me numerous times from different phone numbers. I believe they phished my information from Zip Recruiter.com. They call several times a day from different numbers and different people have been calling asking me for my personal information. They ask me if I'm interested in a job and, in the end, will tell me to go to a website to look for jobs. They have also attempted luring me into pursuing an advanced college degree. I am on the Do Not Call list and really don't need people telling me to go a website to look for jobs when I can do that on my own. Cease and desist.Business Response

TrustedForm is a third-party company that verifies that the prospective student did opt-in to be contacted by our company.

EDU First receives its customer information from legally compliant, external companies who serve as lead vendors. There is a possibility that those lead vendors may distribute your information to other companies aside from EDU First. Because you were placed on EDU Firsts internal Do Not Call List, I can guarantee that you will no longer receive communication from EDU First. If you continue to receive unwanted calls, please keep in mind that those calls may be coming from another company who received your information through the same external lead vendor. I am [partially] rejecting this response because: I did not receive these scam and spam calls and emails before posting my resume on Zip Recruiter.Incidentally, since filing my complaint with the BBB and deleting my account on Zip Recruiter, the calls and emails have nearly stopped.
Zip Recruiter should NOT be giving out anyone's information to any "vendor." All people who are posting their resumes to the website want are jobs, not to be scammed and spammed. To be honest, I wish I could do the same to Zip Recruiter's CEO to see how he feels. I've lost valuable time getting a job because of those unwanted calls and emails. "Thanks" a lot.
The BBB can close my case. I just want the public to be fully aware of what they're getting into when they post their resume on Zip Recruiter.

EDU First calls multiple times a day. I am retired. I have never been to their or any other job search website. I have blocked their number but they leave at least 3 pre recorded voicemails per day.I am registered on every Do Not Call list and have been for years.
