  BEST PEOPLE & B USINESS IN THIS WORLD!!! I have never been treated like I was a prince, or a god, or just treated like an actual human being MORE RHAN THIS GOD SENT BUSINESS HAS! **THERE IS NO WAY POSSIBLE TO EXPLAIN***JUST HOW MUCH THIS BUSINESS HELPED ME THROUGH MY FINANCIAL PROBLEMS AT THIS MOMENT. IF IT WASN'T FOR HELP FINANCE GROUP, I WOULD COMMIT SUICIDE! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. THIS IS WHAT YOU DREAM ABOUT WHEN YOU'RE DOWN AND OUT!!. A DEBT CONSOLIDATION COMPANY THAT CARES AND WORKS WITH YOU TO GET DEBT FREE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR FELLINGS,PROBLEMS,HARDSHIPS,ETC. I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH, IT'S LIKE GOD ANSWERING YOUR DREAMS. They don't go RUINING YOUR CREDIT SCIRE /report if you're late on a payment, I could go on and on forever, THEY DESERVE TO BE RECOGNIZED WORLDWIDE! then recognize on proxima b, Kepler 22B, (& ALL ,other planets that harbor life) I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL, I'VE NEVER CRIED SO MUCH IN MY LIFE (JOYFUL TEARS MIND YOU) JUST FOR BEING TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING WHO HAS VEEY BAD MEDICAL PROBLEMS which result in financial problems.   Very confusing paperwork, horrible communication with myself and creditors. They started off ok but at the end they dont do what they say they will. Much better non-profit organizations out there do better work do your homework! Avoid this company.

  I found a way out of debt with this company. I thought I would ever see the light! It's been 2 years and I'm debt-free! I am grateful to Help Finance Group for their help in getting me out of debt. A lot of discipline and effort but we did it !

  I have been with this company since 2/25/22 - 1/9/24 had 5 payday loans and decided to use them to get out of debt. A contract was sent to me where I would pay a total of 6k $500 payments for 12 months. I payed every single payment on time without fail and they would update me with every loan payed. However, my last loan I never got an email and waited about 2 month before I give them a call. When I called the customer service representative told me they were waiting on me to deposit $300 dollars more so we could settle the last loan. She said they sent out an email, which is totally not true. I said ok, lets go ahead and do that so we can get this settled. I month are 2 go by and no update or anything so I give them a call and they say oh were about 70% of were we need to be is going to be just a few more months. Im like ok, is now been 5-6 months since then so I called them again, the last person I spoke with since then said we need to show that your making payments to us, but the amounts are going to be less. Yet, you dont need to do anything or make anymore payments were going to send to you just please sign. I signed and sent well on the 18th of last month I got withdrawn $250 out of my account, when I called HGF on 12/29/23 she said that was a mistake and that I had graduated & that I would be receiving about 1k back, but first I would get a letter in the mail then the money would go into my account in 1-3 business days. I said great! Never got a letter waited a week and called AGAIN yesterday 1/8/24 representatives that I spoke with said that was inaccurate information and that I still needed to pay more $ about $180 dollars. I asked to speak to a supervisor at this point, but it was close to closing and she said one would call today 1/9/24 NO ONE ever called me to give me an update. Highly unprofessional, bad communication and very misleading. I made sure everything I wrote is 100% accurate with dates and everything. Stressful company

  ******* was so patient & reassured me when I was simply exhausted trying to keep up. He held my hand & walked me through the process even made me laugh through my tears! Thanks ******* for helping through this ordeal!

  I was so cramped with several pay day loans, and this company helped me out with how professional their representative (*******) was. He was knowledgeable and very informative in helping me to make a decision as I was quite skeptical not certain if this was a scam, but his professionalism lessened my negative concerns.A few days later, I received a call from their representative to finalize my business with them, and that was another reassurance I chose the right agency to assist me with my debt situation.I will gladly refer them to anyone looking to consolidate their loans. I will give them a five star rating!!
