    I signed a very specific contract with this company that required a minimum of 5 matches in 4 months that met the agreed upon criteria...I was provided with 0 matches that fit the contractually obligated and agreed upon criteria.

    This response is in reference to a complaint against our firm, Elite Matchmaking, by the above named client, ***********************. As you will see, Elite has made every effort in order to work with client and had fulfilled all contractual obligations set forth in the contract signed on October 15, 2022. ****************** claims that, the company has not provided the requested matches. As of today, February 21, 2022 the client is currently connected with a match for which he approved and met his criteria. 


    Since October 15, 2022 ****************** has received 18 matches, many of which he agreed to meet in person. While Elite can not guarantee the outcome of the suggested matches, the client has received more than stated suggested matches per his contract. 


    The contract was signed for 4 months of service agreeing to present unlimited matches during that time. The agreed upon amount for service was $4,900.00. Elite has continued service and sending matches passed the contractual date. 


    Clearly, Elite was working within contractual obligations and provided exceptional service with calls, texts and emails and always responding within 24 hrs. 

    Elite Matchmaking has gone above and beyond to match ******************. Elite Matchmaking would like to be successful for all their clients and would be more than happy to continue matching ****************** and look forward to his feedback regarding his most recent match he approved meeting. 


    Again, Elite Matchmaking would like to be successful for ******************, has answered all emails in a timely matter, has provided him 18 suggested matches in 4 months, has met and exceeded that qualities she is looking for. We look forward to a fair resolution.
