1 starDiamond customer service is non-existent when you have an issue. I ordered two of the Chill Plus Chocolate Bars back in July. They were vile and inedible. I filled out their online contact form and still haven't gotten a reply after months of waiting. If they would have responded and worked with me they wouldn't have lost a customer. But after three orders, lots of referrals, and a lot of money spent they ignored me because they didn't want to deal with me. That's a really really bad way to do business.Diamond CBD

Hi there,
We have searched our emails, chats and call list and we could not find the initial contact about this issue. Anytime a customer has an issue we respond with either a refund or a reshipment. Since we were unaware off this issue we weren't able to help. Usually if a customer doesn't receive a response they can call us to follow up but this did not happen. Our returns policy last ************************************ July. Even contacting us now we still would have been able to help but the customer decided to reach out to ******************** instead. We have refunded the customer $39.98 for the items.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday and we have reps available from 9am -6pm est. We can be easily reached at ************** for any concerns a customer may have.

1 starCBD gummies is the only thing that helps me sleep with no side affects. I have been ordering from Diamond for about a year now. The last time I ordered I got two containers...buy one get one free. That was four or five months ago for $169. Today I looked at my bank account online and there was a charge from Diamond CBD for $169 and I did not order any product because I dont need any yet. But now I may not order from them again if I can't trust them. And when I go online to get in touch with customer support at ********************** the ******* cannot be reached!! Whats up with that?? I will be calling the bank to get my money back.Diamond CBD

1 starI ordered Yum Yum gummies full spectrum extra strength peach rings and received Yum Yum isolate gummies. Also ordered chill plus extreme blended gummies triple power and received Fresh. When I called they said they would send a return label so I could return them for free then they would reimburse me. I was fine with that. I never received the label. The blends were all off and they did not even bother to ask me if the exchange was ok.Diamond CBD

Hi there, The order was placed on a Sunday 2/26. We explained the processing times which is ***** business hours and sometimes up to 72 business hours when we are running sales which at the time we were. The order was processed in the warehouse on 2/28 with the label created and was ready for pickup by *** on 3/2 to be delivered on 3/4. Since the customer was unhappy we decided to cancel the order and refund her. Free 2 Day shipping does not include order processing times or delays with the carrier.

HI there, unfortunately we were unable to find the transaction or the order the customer was referring too. When we asked for the information that we needed to search the customer refused to give us the information which was the last 4 digits of the card use. I have copied the emails and phone call below where we requested twice for the information needed to help the customer and also called to speak to him on the phone where he hung up on us after using foul language. After searching all of our transactions we were able to find the charge and refund the customer $36.98 which will appear back in his account within 3-5 business days. If we were provided the information needed we would have been able to help the customer efficiently.

1 starI finally was able to receive my total refund from this company. First, they advertised 5 bottles for $59.99 but I was charged $199.98. I went back and forth with them trying to return it and get a refund, but then they went and charged me again for 3 bottles at $199.98. I contacted my bank, cancelled the credit card and started a dispute. I sent both orders back, kept copies of the tracking numbers and submitted that along with the email correspondences to my credit union. I was finally credited back the complete purchase from my credit union today. Don't give up if they have scammed you tooDiamond CBD

1 starFalse Advertisement 100% on their deals. I will NEVER buy another product through them. They will also continuously spam you with texts and emails, even after blocking the numbers...another number will instead spam you. I never consented to text alerts and thus is a violation.
