    I was guided by *** to use Ikon windows to install and replace windows and sliders on my home. This relationship with **** turned sour very quick not a single product was ordered in scope as sizes agreed on in contract in addition many issues during install. *** finally agreed to send one technician out to review their products to inspect and assess the situation for themselves PGT no showed which I moved my schedule around for. *** was notified that **** had said a lien would be filed last week at which point things escalated to prepping for possible litigation if this was not acted on then that is problematic in itself given the situation. *** was clear that there was conflict with Ikon at this point and it had escalated. *** ensured they could have 1 installer come. When they no showed I called PGT explained how I had moved a very important work call to the right and had to address that now if they would be late. *** told me it had been cancelled due to me not responding. I got on my work call then *** showed up late and my partner give. He had been on a call opened the door Ikon was with PGT PGT engaged ikon to come out with them and then while here I said well this is unprofessional I had PGT my contact on the phone saying PGT is not there not coming and a gentleman in a mitre red shirt saying they and had brought ikon with them Anyway I said hold on I do have counsel right now give. The issues with ikon I am going to have to call him to get guidance PGt was willing to stay or mitre but ikon *** told PGT MiTRe guy remember what are you supposed to do when someone mentiones counsel and he said oh yeah leave So its obvious my apt with PGT was not delayed they just met ikon instead there is currently no legal action counsel with PGT ikon took it there by saying they filed a lien We are still waiting on the county to update to confirm the lien Why is PGT and MiTRE being directed by Ikon?

    This person is NOT a customer of **********************, nor have we ever heard of her.  We are NOT Ikon, nor do we have any relation with them or know anything about them.  The only thing we have in common is that we are a PGT dealer  We are a building materials supplier in *************, **, we do not do any type of repair/replacements/installations.
