I am writing to formally address a significant issue regarding the roofing job completed on my home by your company in November of last year. Unfortunately, the quality of the work has been substandard, resulting in numerous ongoing problems that have severely impacted the safety and integrity of my home.Since the completion of the roofing project, we have experienced multiple leaks throughout the property, with the most severe being in our garage, which becomes completely flooded during rainfall. Upon consulting several professionals, including a plumber and maintenance technicians, it has been confirmed that the issues stem directly from poor workmanship during the roofing installation.Attempts to reach your company for resolution have been unsuccessful, as the contact number provided is no longer functional. This lack of communication and accountability is deeply concerning, especially given the extent of the damage caused by the inadequate roofing job.I am requesting immediate assistance in resolving this matter. Specifically, I expect one of the following resolutions:1.Prompt repairs to rectify the faulty roofing at no additional cost, carried out by qualified professionals.2.Full reimbursement of the payment made for the roofing work, so that I can hire another contractor to address the issues. Please find attached images of the current state of the roof and the damage caused for your reference.I trust that your company values its customers and reputation and will prioritize resolving this matter swiftly. Kindly respond within 10 business days to confirm your proposed course of action. Failure to address this issue will leave me with no choice but to explore other avenues, including legal action and filing complaints with relevant consumer protection agencies.I look forward to your prompt response. Please feel free to contact me directly at ********** or ************************** Sincerely,******** ***** On behalf of Blessing NnadiyInitial Complaint

My exterior storm door was damaged. Infinity was the installer. I have left numerous voice mail messages and emails with no response. There is no live agent answering any of the lines for Ft Lauderdale or Kissimmee. If they are no longer in business I need warranty information for my doors and windows.Initial Complaint

I hired this roofing company a little over a year ago to get a new roof and fix a spot in the roof where there was a leak in the guest room. It was completed and we paid $21,800.The same area started leaking and now there is noticeable damage in the guest room from the leak and there is signed that the ceiling will collapse. I have called and left numerous *** and emailed them and was just informed they filed for bankruptcy and closed down the business.Initial Complaint

Contract signed 6/5/2024 with Infinity Windows and Doors. Was going to be funded through Home Run Pace financing. We cancelled the funding and decided to fund the project by ourselves. To date we have not nor can we get in touch with Infinity. We were told 6-8 weeks delivery. That time has slipped away. Still not updated info from the company. Wish to either have delivery of the project for total cancellation so that we can find another company to do the job.Customer Answer

Infinity Windows *********************************** was paid in full $29,280.00 September of 2023, from my finance company called *********************** May of 2024 they received an additional $10,000 from My Florida Safe Homes on my behalf, and to this day will not answer my text messages or phone calls, my phone calls go straight to voicemail every time, all I wanted to know is when will I receive my refund of $10,000. The State of Florida set this process up for the contractors to receive the funds, but if they were paid in full the funds are suppose to be sent to the homeowner. This is fraud so I hope no one uses this contractor for anything on top of both screen door handles were never fixed after they all of sudden fell off which they said they will send a contractor to my home and fix them. This is bad business I want consumers to know and I don't appreciate it at all, very disappointed and ****** off at this point.Initial Complaint

I contacted Infinity windows and doors about a faulty window via phone and email on March 27, 2024. The window has never been able to be open as something is wrong with the frame. I came home after work one day to find a huge pressure crack in that window. Here is the email along with photos that were sent to infinity with no response as of today. There aren't any impact marks and such. Is this a pressure crack? What do we to do to get this fixed? I would like the frame and window to be replaced so that it is in working order.Business Response

I understand you want to reject, but I am providing proof that you misspelled the email ******* gave you. Our company is InfinitY, not InfinitI. Again, we cannot solve an issue we did not receive. Attached is proof that we emailed you yesterday to try to resolve your issue and received no answer, but you did respond to the BBB.

In August 2023 I agreed to have Infinity Windows install hurricane doors at our home. On January 3, 2023 they started the process of removing the old windows and installing the new. After the old windows were removed it became apparent they were installing the wrong doors. I immediately protested but had no choice to allow installation since the old windows had been removed. The windows they did install had many issues and over the next 3 months they made multiple trips to try to fix the problems. I still have outstanding issues that they have refused to fix. There sales person had promised we would not have to pay for project until we were 100% satisfied with the results. Since we have the wrong doors and have numerous issues and continuing issues with what they did install I have refused to sign the documents that would allow for them to be paid. I am willing to pay but feel once I pay I will have little hope of resolving this issue. Over the last 3 months I have made attempts to speak with a member of management regarding my problems. Until last week they have refused to speak with me. Ive attached emails Ive received from their ******************************* along with my responses. I would like to resolve this issue but have been unable.Business Response

I contracted Infinity to install impact windows also they offered financing with The Pace program of *******. My complaint is about the installation and how my windows were measured incorrectly and I have gaps anywhere from 1 in to 1 1-2 inches beneath the bottom of each window. Which required the installers to fill the gaps with concrete on the outside and lots of caulk on the inside. To which I called emailed and sent pictures trying to understand if it was the right way of doing the installation. I assume if the windows were measured right they would have fit correctly in the openings. I understand that there still may have been gaps etc. as I understand it there should be no more than a 1/4 in gap around window. So with all that being said I have MOLD started on the caulk inside my house and it is were the big gaps were filled with the caulk. Again I called and emailed and sent pictures only to told my windows were up to code. Which I never saw any inspectors from the county or any representative from the company to do a final inspection. So with the **** program I was told not to pay until I was satisfied with the result of the job. But according to Infinity the job was completed. (Its in the contract that the finish work is free) and they wanted payment even though I have all these issues. So I told them I would hold payment until we were satisfied and completely finished. Thats when I had a deadline of 5 oclock on a Friday to pay them or they were going to place lien on my home and add interest to the loan amount and I would be responsible for and lawyer fees etc. They also told me my financing with **** was going to run out and I would have to pay them another way. Which is true I wasnt aware or didnt remember it was only good for 6 months. So I guess the bottom line is I paid them and my windows were measured wrong (Which I had verified by an independent person) and I have mold inside my house and nothing was or is going to be doneBusiness Response
