On 3/6/24 I ordered a unit that was paid with my debit card. When I received the product I reviewed it and decided that I would return it immediately because I didnt like the way it looked. I emailed my beauty exchange.com to start the return process and was given the ok to return the item that I paid to ship to the company on 3/16/24. . I waited a few weeks and didnt receive a response from them and I called them only to be told that they would not issue me a refund or store credit due to the condition of the item. I asked them to send me pictures and didnt receive any. I asked them to send me back the item and they refused to do so stating it went to their damaged department for discharge. I told them that its not fair that I have nothing to show for the purchase I made and they stated it is against their policy to send damaged items to a customer or issue a credit. My frustration lies in the fact that I have absolutely nothing for the purchase I made and I feel like I was scammed!! I vowed to never buy anything again from this company that appears to be a scam and that finds ways to cheat customers out of their money!! No resolution has taken place at this time!!
