    The worst experience I have ever had in my life!!!! $1000.00 deposit??????????? Then I made a reservation well in advance and I get there and they dont have any cars available!!!!!!! It was Midnight when I got off my flight just to take 2 shuttles for them to not have cars and still holding $1000.00

    ************* is extremely important to us, and we are committed to meeting the needs of all our customers. Unfortunately, at the time of the customers arrival, previously due vehicle returns had not yet been received, and we were unable to fulfill the rental request. The customer was offered the option to wait for the next available return, but chose not to wait. Please note that the *********************** does not permit shuttle service directly to the terminal. All arriving and departing customers must use the airport's rental center shuttle at Bus ***************** to our records, no reservation was processed for this customer. The reservation was closed by the agent as we were unable to provide a vehicle. No deposit was taken, as the reservation was not completed.

    Review for Economy Rent A Car ***************************************** My experience with Economy Rent A Car at ********************************* was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. The company never disclosed that taking the vehicle out of state was prohibited. This critical information was not mentioned during booking or at the time of pickuphad I known, I would have gone with another rental provider.After returning the vehicle, I was hit with unauthorized charges totaling $1,500, including additional mileage fees I was never informed about. On top of that, I was threatened with collections if I didnt pay an additional $410 balance.When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was met with complete disrespect and a lack of professionalism from so-called managers ******* ******* and ****** ****. Instead of working toward a resolution, they were dismissive, rude, and showed no concern for customer service.I am currently disputing all charges with my credit card company and have filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and Economy Rent A Cars corporate office.Avoid this location at all costs. Hidden fees, zero transparency, and intimidation tactics are not how you treat paying customers.

    We regret that Ms. ********* has expressed concerns regarding her experience with our company. Since discovering that the vehicle was taken out of statean explicit violation of our rental agreement FLL-******we have remained in communication with her. Ms. ********* was provided with documentation clearly stating that our vehicles are not permitted to leave the state of *******. During her visit to our office, we made every effort to reiterate the information previously communicated via email and phone. Unfortunately, these attempts to clarify the situation were not successful. During the visit, Ms. ********* used inappropriate language. We politely requested that she maintain a professional demeanor, to which she responded that she could speak as she wished and stated her intention to contact the Better Business Bureau and dispute any charges.
    We are disappointed that Ms. ********* was unwilling to hear our explanation regarding the charges for which she is responsible. If the outstanding balance is not resolved, we will proceed with referring the matter to a collection agency to recover the amount due.

    The worst service ever up charges are crazy couldve rented from a high-quality company for the same cost. Premises are dirty restrooms are broken. Do not rent from this company let them go out of business. They dont deserve to be in business. They represent themselves as an inexpensive company, but all the charges make it the same cost as if you rented through Enterprise or Hertz.

    Everything was fine until they forced me to either pay $10 a day for insurance - although I was using my own insurance coverage - or give a deposit of $1,000 for a three day rental. It has now been 25 days and they will not release the deposit hold on my credit card. This is ridiculous.

    If gonorrhea is as a company it would be this one. Third world company with third world customer service. I have never in my life dealt with a more belligerent, hateful company. The vitriol spying from their lying mouths is putrid. Avoid at ALL costs.

    ************* is extremely important to us, and we strive to clearly communicate all terms and conditions at the time of rental. Mr. ******* violated the terms of his contract (FLL-******) by driving the rental vehicle out of state on 9/05/2024, which breached the contract's geographic restrictions. He was notified of this violation on the same date. Upon returning the vehicle, Mr. ******* was informed of a $1,000 fee for the violation  and an additional mileage charge of $0.25 per mile. The $1,000 fee was charged to his credit card on file on 09/05/2024.  As a courtesy, we waived the $1,000 geographical violation fee and only applied the mileage charge for ***** miles, totaling $734.39. Since the geographical violation charge had initially been applied, a refund of $177.54 was processed on 10/14/2024. When Mr. ******* visited the rental office on 10/25/2024, we provided a full explanation and a copy of the charge details.

    Do not rent a car from this place if you don't have full coverage on your personal insurance they charge extra $115.61 for collision insurance on Priceline website it shows 26.00 for collision I've rented from many rental places never had to pay for collision they are a *** *** company please beware!!!

    Economy has terrible service. Please save your self the headache. Please know that you must have a copy of your personal auto insurance or you will wait in vain (we were in line for 30 minutes and there were only 3 other customers and 3 workers. Why? Seemingly because everyone caused issues for the staff). I own my own business, so I have a commercial policy. No dice. It's a strong policy. No dice. They were curt, cold, and wouldn't even discuss. Also after long traveling, they had no working restroom for customers in the Ft. Lauderdale office. It was a parody of customer service. A zoo. Please stay away.

    At our establishment, customer satisfaction holds utmost importance, and we continuously aim to deliver top-notch service to all patrons. After thoroughly examining the customer's concern, our records indicate that the reservation was not finalized by the customer. It's explicitly outlined on all rental websites that we do not accept commercial insurances. Additionally, our rental site provides access to two restrooms for customer convenience. We have 2 bathrooms for customers

    I rented a car and now they are trying to get me to pay for damage that was already present on the car. When I picked up the car they reviewed the car with me. When I returned the car, they had a completely different form showing lots of small damage. They stated that there was a chip on the windshield that was my fault and are requesting $1500. I have been dealing with them for 5 months now as the chip was present when i rented the car. Please NEVER rent from this company. I wish I had read all the BBB reviews before ever renting from them/

    Our records indicate that customer's check out log was reviewed at time of rental and there was no windshield damage.. Car was inspected at time of rental return and a chip was found on the windshield. Customer was informed of findings when car was returned

    I reserv** a car through Priceline. When I arriv** the service was very slow. They would not give me the keys until I gave them MY personal insurance policy number. I was charg** an additional $500 deposit. The attendant tri** multiple times to sell me the toll road box, even after saying we would not be ne**ing it. When I got the car, finally, it was very loud coming from the drivers side front wheel well. The inside of the vehicle was peeling but it was acceptable enough. When I return** the vehicle a couple of days later it was return** fully fuel** and in exact condition it was receiv** in. I valet** the car and left it at the hotel and uber-** everywhere since it was so hard to find parking. When I arriv** at 4:30 AM, to return it the attendant was no where to be found. The whole building was empty. When he did come walking around the building, clearly under the influence, he took my keys and that was it. He did NOT inspect the vehicle, nor did he even move it or get in it at all. I trust** that the check in process would be honest, and load** up my bags in the shuttle to the airport. Not receiving a receipt or any kind of confirmation that the vehicle had been check** in. When I receiv** an email AFTER I had left I was charg** a $250 smoking fee. I HAVE ASTHMA and have NEVER SMOKED A DAY IN MY LIFE. I even declin** a room at our hotel that smell** like cigarette smoke because I imm**iately had an asthma attack. When I email** the company about their mistake they (a third company affiliate) have only respond** with there was a strong tobacco smell in the vehicle. This is THEFT. I am devastat** that they could take advantage of me like this. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.

    I reserved a car for my Aruba trip. After looking for 1/2 hour at the airport, we realized it wasn't there so we had to take a taxi to the resort. The car was not where they said, we never picked it up, they Still charged me full price for the week and refused a refund. Worst car rental company on the planet. Never Again!
