    I ordered a part for my truck yesterday and they immediately took the money from my account but failed to ever ship it or provide a shipping number and the order doesn't even show up on the website anymore as if it never happened when I enter the order number it's like it doesn't exist and I just want my money back especially after reading reviews about how they scam people I've tried to contact them and no response

    I ordered 4 spark plugs for ****** February 15 from my debit card February 20 at 2:15 PM I receive a package from Auto Buffy upon opening up my package. There was only one spark plug in the package. My order was for four. I immediately called customer service and I talk to a ****** a numerous of times I also emailed the pictures to their help @ ************************** ******* times I sent pictures and I also talk to ****** the customer service guy and he told me that their service to their emails are having problems so they never receive my complaints. Then ****** gave me customer service @************************** Stating my complaint with a picture of my VIN number because I was not sure the ones spark plug they sent me was the correct one So ****** stated to say my VIN number and he will make sure and a picture of the one that I received so they can match thenumbers and make sure it was the right one and they will send me my other three upon several contacts. I complain to ****** stating that this has been going on too long and I would just like my money back onto my account. He stated tome that he would have it back on my account and he will call Me back later that day to tell me That my money has been sent February 24. Today is February 25 and I have called several times because I have not heard a word forMarvin the customer service guy and every time I call no one is answering.

    I placed order #******-149950 with Auto Buffy for a set of FCS Brand front strut assemblies and rear shock absorbers for my 2009 GMC ****** on 5 February which cost $238.56. The items were shipped out via ***** on 7 February, but according to *****, the items were returned back to Auto Buffy on 12 February due to being damage while in transit as were received by SSRAMKISSOON at Auto Buffy ****************************************************** @1:14PM. I have been trying to contact Auto Buffy by phone and email since the items were returned to find out the status of my order, but no one will answer the phone ***************) or the emails that I have sent to the email addresses listed on their web site ********************************* or *********************************** At this point; I just want a refund since they obviously don't care about customer service since they make it so difficult to impossible to get in touch with concerning their customers.

    They sent me the wrong parts. After several attempts to contact them they had me send my vin number, then wanted me to measure my parts and show them. I proved to them they sent the wrong parts and they told me the return label would cost me *****. The order was only *****. Now they wont even send the return label. Most unprofessional company *** ever worked with

    I havent received the items I order on line that were to be here a week ago. The order number I was given doesnt come up on their site and I cant reach anyone with the company. I was to get an update with a tracking number but Ive not received any. The company phone says no one is available and hangs up. The other option on the line says the number is disconnected. I have tried contacting via email and no one responds. The live chat on the site also doesnt connect to anyone. Im having to dispute the charge on my cc now.

    The company agreed to refund a product and to ship the product back. When I ship the product back they said it was a mistake that the email should of said exchange only and not refund. The part was in warranty and I said I dint want a replacement, they said ship it back. I have emails.

    Front and back shock absorbers where ordered 3/6/2024. When the product finally arrived they did not fit. Tried numerous times to talk to someone on the phone and by email.     Multiple attempts to reach company with no answer. Parts ordered , according to their website said they would fit. They did not. I just want them to send me a shipping label to send the parts back. Their customer service is awful! No one answers the phone or emails. I just want to be done with this awful experience!

    I placed an order, made it clear to use a specific address to send my order to depending upon the shipping carrier provided and was assured that it would be sent by *** or ***** and when I got the shipping details it said they were using ***** So I called six or 7 times to correct the address and finally when I reached the same person who I placed the order with, he said theres nothing he could do. So I asked for a refund because the order wont be delivered and thats it, would not help. **************** hasnt done anything to rectify the problem either. So Im getting 120$ dollars stolen from me.

They are crooked and should have any business license revoked.

    I purchased a set of TRQ headlights from AutoBuffy via Amazon in April of 2023. During the warranty period (2 years), the headlights started leaking and fogging up on the inside when it rains. I have attempted to contact AutoBuffy to get a refund but they refuse to respond. Over the last three weeks, I have emailed them multiple times as well as leaving multiple voicemail messages. Amazon has sent them several emails also but they still won't respond. This company is basically stealing my money by refusing to give me an opportunity to return a faulty product under warranty.
