    It's been two months dealing with Digital AutoFi and their chaos now. They no longer return my calls. They want more documentation then it took to buy any of my houses. every day it's a new requirement. Then they got the contract wrong multiple times. They sent our paperwork to the wrong address.They didn't get our plates to us by the time the temp ones expired and sent us a letter that we are supposed to show to the police if we got pulled over. What?They sent our licensing paperwork to a licensing office 2 1/2 hours away. Didn't tell us they were doing that. We called them and asked where the plates are and lo and behold, we get a call from a call across the state asking us if we want to pick up our plates. So I get to pay to ***** our plates to our address!I would advise anyone and everyone against doing business with these people unless you want your car buying experience to go to h***

    Were very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience youve encountered. While there were clearly some missteps during the registration process, we understand how disappointing it is when expectations arent met, especially when purchasing a vehicle that should be an exciting milestone. At Digital AutoFi, we work with many out-of-state buyers and each state has its own set of DMV requirements, which can unfortunately lead to delays or added documentation. That said, we acknowledge this experience did not reflect the standard we aim to deliver. We're reviewing every part of this transaction internally to prevent issues like these in the future.
