When I took my out of parking spot on 8/24/24 at 21:49, The cashier has charged me as a short term parking fees, although it was long term parking stating from 08/20/ 24 at 3:37 to 08/24/24 @ 21:49: A to total of 4 days 18 min 12 sec.
I requested the cashier a couple times to make its correction, unfortunately, my request has been ignored/declined. The above said amount was charged at my credit card.

Conf QGK52C. 4/1/24 I was on a ****** airlines flight from ************* to ************ ** with a connecting flight in **** Lauderdale which was scheduled to depart at 7:50 pm. We landed in Fort Lauderdale about 6:40 pm. We were told that we had about a 10 minute wait on the runway because a gate wasnt available. That 10 minute wait turned into 30 plus minutes (7:15-7:20). We all then proceeded to retrieve our bags. I arrived at carousel around 7:25 but the bags didnt not start dropping until 7:40ish. After retrieving my bag & going through Customs I arrived at the counter to redrop my bag & was told its too late to board my flight so we had to go to ****** to rebook. I get to the counter & the agent tell me that there are no more flights departing on 4/1, no flights during the morning or afternoon on 4/2. The only flight available was on 4/2 after 10pm which connected in ATL with a 7 hour layover which wouldnt get me to ************ until 4/3!!! I was traveling with my 8 year old daughter who has school on 4/2 & 4/3 that she would have to miss & I also have to work on 4/2 & 4/3. With that being said the only ****** flight available just wouldnt work for us. So I had to search for another airline to find another flight & get refunded by spirit for our flight only. I ended up booking frontier airline flight for $310.96 on 4/2 at 9:41 pm which was a direct flight to ************ on 4/3 12:30 am. It was the best flight compared to other airlines. Now we are stuck at the ***************************** transportation helped me with finding a hotel room at comfort inn which I had to pay for 2 nights in the amount of $259.33 even though I didnt need 2 nights but since check out is at 12 pm on 4/3 that would mean my ************ would have to sit in Fort Lauderdale airport for over 9 hours because our flight didnt leave until 9:41 pm. This was a huge inconvenience due to Fort Lauderdale ************************ am requesting to be compensated for my hotel room for the 2 nights!Initial Complaint

I was traveling with my olderly aunt who needed a wheelchair.As I was trying to check in,I was told we were too early from 15 min (i asked earlier if 6h pm for bagages check in was ok,i was told it would be).As we turned around to wait,this girl at the special services station jumped on my aunt's wheechair and told me to follow her. I tought she was helping us in some way. Was I wrong. She took us at the customs, where the agent stopped us because of the luggage cart. She made my aunt pass the customs with her passport, and made me wait on the side stating she would come back to help me.They took my aunt away from me (in a wheelchair), leaving me with all the luggages. After waiting for a while, some kind of custums officer on the other side made fun of me when he asked my aunt's name,asking if he really expected me to understand what I was saying.So I waited again. Then it was clear to me nobody would come to help,and I better try to go and check in our big luggages. I was starting to worry about my aunt, who is unable to soeak english. Since someone took away the luggage cart in the meantime, I had to drag 2 people's luggages around. They fell. I fell on the floor. I cried. I tried. Nobody helped. I dragged myself up to the Delta area, lwhere I saw a custums officer and cried out for help.I tried to explain while crying and panicking,trying to calm myself and explaining in my second language.He brought me to the Air ****** section and explained the situation to ******. Since they grabbed away my aunt and her passport,I was unable to check in her luggages.****. H*** h*** ****.****** from Air ****** was a VERY great help fixing up the mess while I tried to explain in bad English in the middle of all my crying. I was so afraid for her, not talking english, all alone...She was panicking and so was I for her. We were very distressed.The day after, I am still recovering. On July 13, 2023 @ 6:43pm I was traveling back from a trip abroad. We had a connecting flight in the Fort Lauderdale Airport. After coming through customs we needed to recheck our luggage for the connecting flight. As we exited the customs area we entered into what appeared to be a small room between the corridor leading to the outside. There was a Broward County Aviation employee standing in between this area. I asked her if this was the correct location where we would recheck our luggage. She seemed highly irritated that we were asking her this as she rolled her eyes and pointed to the sign that read ******* and said The sign says ******* doesnt it? I told her she didnt need to speak like that as we were simply asking a question. She repeated Well the sign says ******* doesnt it? I told her she was being rude which apparently upset her as she began speaking very loudly, (clapping her hands as she spoke) in a confrontational manner.I told her that her behavior was very unprofessional and that Id be filing a complaint. I asked for her name several times and she refused to provide it even after I repeatedly asked her for it. She then stood with her hand covering her name tag. I didn't get her name but I do have a photo showing her covering her name tag and short video that captured the end of the interaction.The public display of loud, aggressive and unprofessional behavior was shocking and alarming at the least. This behavior is a poor representation of the Broward County Aviation Department and staff. This particular agent needs retraining on public engagement and/or how to speak with people. When your job is public facing (in this case passengers/travelers) there is a certain level of professionalism that should be requiredInitial Complaint

I arrived at *** airport on 3/22/2023 and proceeded to pay for my parking before getting into my car. When I approached the gate, another vehicle was exiting and I proceeded to advance, the gate closed, and as I advanced the gate opened again, so I moved forward. As I was passing below the gate, it closed on top of my car damaging the front window frame.I stopped and asked for help and no attendant wanted to address me. So I left Next day I called the garage and they requested for me to go back there. I spoke to ***** ********************** and after he viewed the video from my car he agreed that the gate malfunctioned.Several parking garages have systems where the gate "recognizes" you car and opens as you approach (if your ticked was paid beforehand). On April 12 , 2023 I got stuck at the Fort Lauderdale airport when my flight was cancelled due to a storm. The airport did not provide any food or drinks except for the over priced snack out of one store, the vending machines were out of order it was packed with everyone sleeping on the floor. The first floor started to flood. We were not told until the next day that the airport would be closed until further notice so we waited there starving for hours. They did not open the store for snacks again until 11 am the next day just to eat cheese and crackers again. I feel that the airport should have provided free or reduced food due to this emergency as well as water. I feel they should have provided vouchers for rides to other airports as many people were stuck with no where to go and paying over 100$ to get to another airport that couldnt even get me directly home as my original flight. I would like to be compensated for food drinks clothes and blankets bought from being cold from the rain and airport. The cost of the Uber to the other airport as well. I was told by delta I could get vouchers after waiting for 2 hours plus to get help, by the time the people came to get new flights out of other airports they told me I could not receive any vouchers at that time. I was very disappointed with the emergency response and care for people, especially at a ******* airport that makes a lot of money from tourists.Initial Complaint

On Wednesday April 12, 2023 there was a severe weather storm that was not taken care of properly. Besides the fact i was stuck in knee high water and no police or fire truck stopped to help me and I had to call 911 because they kept driving by not heLping by the time I got to the airport all flights were stopped coming in or going out due to the weather. Water was filling up on the first floor of the airport. People were fighting over outlets to charge their phones because there was not enough usb or outlets in the airport. Considering this is a popular airport I was very disappointed. Then no one was provided any real food or beverages. Sleeping on the hard floor and given new flights in promises of leaving the next day which did not happen at all. So we were required to buy over priced airport snacks for dinner breakfast lunch and dinner again. Then not informed until 1 pm that the airport would be closed until further notice. Everyones financial situation is different and I just wanted to go home after spending money I didnt have to waste at an airport that had no emergency plans. Spending over 130$ just to get a Uber to drive to another airport to get home. I was on the phone with delta airlines for over 2 hours told that I could get a voucher to pay for food drinks and Uber to another airport, only to be told in person because of the weather taxis werent taking them and I couldnt get any vouchers. I had to call family at home to send me money from being stuck at the airport for two days starving sleeping on the hard cold floor and no one was able to help which I think is sooooo unprofessional especially considering ******* is a very busy tourist state that makes a lot of money. The fact they couldnt accommodate anyone with free water and snacks or food is disappointing. I want to be compensated back for the money spent for two days in the airport after having a tummy tuck 2 days prior and I couldnt even get a wheel chair!
