  I'd give them a 0 if I could. They are indeed a scam. They play on the unfortune of those that really need a reputable company like this to assistance. I'd be willing to bet that the testimonies below are from their customer department. If you notice all of their replies are the same generic response. There is no true sense of concern for their customer. How is that I contact the property management team for the house I was interested in, only to be told I had no credit at all??? Confused by this I reached out to Ways 2 Rent and was asked to lie about my previous rental history. So basically we're paying a company to tell us to lie? How does that help me? Needless to say, unless I get a "co-signer" I don't qualify for the home. That's the entire reason for me partnering with Ways 2 Rent. When you call them out on this they advise you that they don't provide refunds... Let's see the reply we receive two months later on this one. Look at the history people. Please do not loose your hard earned money with this fraudulent company.

  I was scammed a huge sum of money and decided to contact a recovery company via their email address: ******************* * ***** *** they help me recover all my lost funds and profits. They are very honest and reliable with great support to answer your questions 24/7 service. They have good reviews online and they are the best ...if you need help with funds recovery you can always get in touch by mail and they can direct you to their recovery website. Everything about them is legit, their English is good ,I highly recommend them due to my experience and have finally got my $82,350 back. I'm so happy.

  Waste of money! DONT DO IT!! I didnt have any evictions just low credit score. They explain the program as a legitimate rental service that gives you a fresh start, cleans up rental history and connects you to rentals that will accept you. I spent almost $600 for a RIN ******** ID aka fake SSN), out of date rental listings, and rentals that dont accept the program, and a fake rental history. When you try to use the RIN ****** it flags rental background check systems because there is no rental history attached to the ******. Also the only way they verify the rent history they created is through email, and no phone ****** so it also sends up a red flag. I ended up finding a nice rental on my own by applying the regular way and using my own information. They take advantage of people who are already struggling. They are just as bad as scammers that take advantage of older individuals. Its also telling that the positive reviews sound almost exactly alike.

  these people tried to scam me and my husband out og our money? seriously? 1st program is their second chance program and their fee is whatever your monthly rent is (ex: ***** plus a blown up broker fee of the smae amount and $150 ) that's ***** per person ) so i would have to pay my first and last = $4,000 plus another $***** for their stupid fee plus another 1***** Yeah no freaking way!!! these guys are a joke!oh and their stupid "its yourselff fee is $595 for all 3 plus whatever your rent is its a joke! BE CAREFUL DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!!!

  This place is a SCAM. We paid $225 and we were suppose hear something from them within a few days. We were calling daily 2-3 times to see where we were at in regards to our application. We gave them the place we wanted to rent. It has now been 28 days with no response and again with 2-3 calls a day. We asked for a call back. No response. I want our $225 back.Had to give it a star to post but it would no stars as far as I am concerned. This place is fake.

  My experience with Ways2Rent couldn't have been any better. I had two evictions on my record and was desperate to find a place for myself, so I started applying at different apartments and landlords on my own. To no avail; not even a phone call back. After weeks of searching, I stumbled upon Ways2Rent online - they seemed to specialize in helping people like me who had rental history issues.I gave them a shot and sure enough, within 10 days, they got me approved for an apartment! The customer service was great - always attentive and available when needed - which made the process easier and more pleasant than if I were doing it by myself. Everyone else out there complaining about this company should really try their services before talking badly about something they know nothing about!I am beyond grateful that Ways2Rent came through for me in such difficult times; without them, I would've still been living with my mom and stepdad under one roof (which is definitely not ideal). Now thanks to them, I'm independent again!

  They are definitely full of shit! The people with their stories of it being a SCAM is *****. Do not go to them. Thank u all for saving me the hassle and losing money I cannot afford to lose. BBB needs to shut it down asap

  This place is a scam!! I just got off the phone with ******************** Gmail -****************************** DOT NET -called me immediately about help with housing, I acquired for my father whose struggled with an eviction in 2017 and I found this website maybe thinking there was honest genuine people trying to help others who are struggling. Dont be naive! These people are scammers. I recorded my entire call with ****** if thats even her real name. This woman proceed to tell me instead of applying to houses with my * * # we would use some type of housing number to hide this eviction from renters. Then they want $60 for you to apply. This is suppose to be a place helping you when youre financially struggling. And when I confronted her on the * * # and the reviews on the better business bureau along with peoples money getting stolen out of their accounts every excuse she made to me was that there was always going to be unhappy customers and couldnt make sense of anything, completely coming up with any BULL **** on the fly to get me to agree with her and submit into her faulty second chance help. Im so upset! I am so relieved that I did not have my 58 year old dad who is NOT tech savvy try and contact these people on his own cause he wouldnt have known any better. People are just straight up evil and vile. Please save yourself from being taken advantage of and dont trust this website! These GREAT reviews are fake as hell!

  SCAM! The *** numbers dont work and they promised a refund, of course no refund. I shouldve listened to the previous reviews.BEWARE as this is an elaborate scam. Professional website, they even speak professionally over the phone. They are very good. The address that they use as a location is a *** store.How long will they be able to scam people who are having rental issues? Please someone shut their operation down.
