    Hi, my first interaction with this business was that I bought a ******* for $165. This included a massage x-rays and alignment. I did look on the website for pricing after what would happen when I used my ******* coupon. There was absolutely no pricing available to consumer. After I had my ******* appointment afterwards, the doctor said I needed to come every two weeks, which seemed excessive. I did make anotherappointment for a massage and alignment one month later And they presented me with just payment plans. They did not tell me how much things cost. And because I had just gotten an alignment anda massage and the ******* was 165. It seemed to me that something would be reasonable. I chose a plan and prepaid $712.67 I paid that then. ****** $712.67 that only got me three appointments three massages and three alignments. They are actually charging $260 for one hour massage and that’s very-excessive and the three times I went. I never received a receipt nor told me how much a massage and alignment was.. went after my third appointment. They said that I owed them more money and I was shocked. And they still never presented to me what the were on pricing and they still cannot. I have looked it up and this franchise is being sued by other franchisees and also consumers. I think that they actually on purpose are not transparent with their pricing. Because I still don’t have real receipts from each of my appointmentsand how much they cost. I’ve called them and they actually won’t. The owner of the franchise won’t get on the phone with me. I still speak with the receptionist. I’m gonna put up reviews, but I think that they are not transparent in their pricing and they do actual deception pricing and only present to use subscription plans after they tell you everything is wrong with you in your body.

    Hello. This is *** *******, the treating chiropractor from the office. As much as my team and I strive for excellence and a great patient experience sometimes mistakes can be made. This issue seems to be a misunderstanding because of a mistake by a newer team member at the front desk. When we bill massages to insurances companies the total price per massage is $260. That is where the newer front desk member got that number. The biggest mistake here was the team member did not come to myself for help at the time of communication with *** ******, nor did she tell me about the interaction until this complaint was received. When a patient pays cash per massage, we sell them in packages of 3, 6 or 12 massages. *** ******s recommended care plan included 12 chiropractic adjustments at a value of $85 each, 12 one hour massages at a value of $1070 roughly $89 each, and 3 stretch sessions at a value of $150 roughly $50 each. This equates to each visit coming to a price of $174 for the adjustment and one hour massage. If the team member was fully trained I believe she would have been able to communicate this better to *** ******. That is my own fault and I have taken this is a learning opportunity to ensure this situation does not happen again in the future. I've attached a patient statement of account that shows *** ****** has a positive credit of $101.03. I've also attached a superbill which details each visit. I've also attached a breakdown of how the patients total care plan was calculated using an excel spreadsheet. 

    I apologize to *** ****** for any negative energy we may have put on her due to our mistakes. That is never our intentions. I (**********) did attempt to reach out to *** ****** via phone on 11/10/25 to further discuss this issue and was able to leave a voicemail. While we value this as a learning experience, we would kindly ask that she please remove her ****** ******. Negative reviews don't impact the franchise directly but more so affects the doctor, **** ***** and front desk staff members who give their 100% every day to each patient. I hope that this clears the issue and we would love to continue treating *** ****** here in our clinic.
