About This Business

Heritage Solution is a company designed to free timeshare owners of the ongoing burdens of maintenance, taxes, dues, and special assessments.  We contact timeshare owners over the telephone and set an appointment to meet face-to-face.  We offer clients a way to sign the rights to the timeshare away forever. The costs to the timeshare owner is based on a fee schedule compared to that individual owners annual maintenance fee bill.  From the date of contractual agreement between the timeshare owner and Heritage Solution, Heritage Solution will be liable for any future fees or assessments until HS fully completed transfer. Recipients will include any individual(s) willing to take the timeshare, timeshare clearing houses, and timeshare acquisition companies. HS will also be responsible for paying all closing costs and transfer fees to accomplish the transfer of the timeshare deed.  Heritage Solution guarantees the service provided, and the timeshare owner is fully aware they are not receiving any moneys in return for the timeshare, only the freedom of the perpetual burdens of owning.

Refund and Exchange Policy
If for any reason, HS cannot perform the services described within the contract, HS will refund 100% of the money.  HS also waits 7 days before starting the transfer and closing proceeding, also giving the customer that same 7 days as a rescission period.
