Worst ************ in *******. Scam Gift Cards cant even access my gift card and now its basically worthless. Customer support is trash.

GOPLAYGOLF should be renamed WORLDWIDE GOLF SHOP SCAM, LLC. The company is just a gag gift. You buy it for the golfing ***** you want to spend all their time trying to redeem it, instead of improving their game. It is literally designed to force you to redeem it for merchandise at ww.worldwidegolfshops.com. Worldwide is just making interest on the gift card until it is redeemed, and then charging you 40-60% marked up at their site, once you finally give up on trying to redeem it to play golf.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Can't check the balance of cards on the website. It simply doesn't work. Called their customer support line and get a voicemail box that sounds like someone's personal voicemail. Very limited number of courses available unless you want to travel a decent distance.

This is the biggest scam of the century. they advertise golf courses then make you jump through hoops to redeem. they do not even discount the cards. $25 value for $25. just close the doors. this is the biggest fail of the century. 0 stars for the record. they do not even deserve the pity one star. I will make sure this scam is on the local news.

Cards are difficult to redeem and customer service is the worst.Do not recommend at all.

I would give 0 stars. This company should be out of business. It won't allow you to combine gift cards in a purchase for overpriced merchandise. You must email the company, wait for a delayed reply and send them pictures of all of your gift cards so they may combine them. Then they delay it with "IT" and then deny that you ever purchased them and refuse to do anything without a receipt. After 2 weeks they finally combined them. Then the gift card doesn't even work then they have me email the other company where I'm trying to use them. Shame on target for selling this and shame on consumer protection divisions allowing this company to exist. This is the biggest SCAM I have ever been apart of as a consumer.

Recieved 2 $25 gift cards for christmas. Could not use more than one gift card per purchase which while annoying, did not raise any red flags. ***************** which strangely responded on new years day was a bit a red flag, told me to email them images of said gift cards so they could merge them. I was then able to use the gift card as intended on my purchase. The main issue arose when i could not settle the remaining balance using my credit/debit card. My bank assured me there was no issue on their end. The purchase showed up as a charge and an immediate credit on my banking app. The checkout on worldwidegolfshops.com, which is where go play golf directed me to, showed an error in my address or lack of funds. When I emailed their customer service back they asked me to email them my credit card info which was the final red flag. This company needs to be investigated because I've seen other reviews claiming a different merchandise store. This isn't a bogus ******** ad, they are selling physical gift cards in stores and it sounds like across the board everyone is struggling to redeem them.

Complete Scam. Completely unusable and my balances were even wiped. If you want to waste peoples time and flush your money buy these. A curse on whoever runs this business.
