    I booked a room at this provider Seaside Amelia INN, for 2 nights back in June ,2024. I cancelled the reservation a month before it was to happen. I emailed the Inn 3 times prior to my dates to cancel the reservation.
    I never stayed there but was charged not for one room , But 2 rooms. I have spoken to the people at the Inn and they denied that I ever cancelled the reservation.
    Upon further review, the people at the Inn have told me that they did finally find my emails. Apparently they told me that they have switched to a new computer system and they did find my emails on their old system. They have told me that they are working on getting me a refund, but have not responded to my constant emails.
    I have been charged over a thousand dollars for a mistake on their part. Now they do not even answer my email inquires about when I will get my refund.
    This business is not trustworthy and have ripped me off. I would like my refund.

    First of all we were overly charge for our room at $323.53. The bathroom shower was dirty and the shower curtain was ripped in three places. The ceiling fan was very filthy. The light in our sleeping area was filthy. The air conditioner sounded terrible and the air conditioner unit had wires hanging out of it, which is very dangerous. We were in room ***.
