              Terrible experience. I paid and booked in advance. I arrived on time, the skydiving was cancelled because the plane's engine was malfunctioning. We were all promised refunds. I never got my refund. I had to dispute with credit card co. I got my refund, then this crooked outfit billed my card again. I reported it as fraud and closed my card. Who said they could keep your card info on file.The staff was rude and uncaring. What a nightmare. *********************** ******** **.

The chargeback is not warranted as services were rendered on September 24, 2021. You purchased your tandem skydive prepaid online as you stated along with video and photos. All prepaid skydives purchased online are non-refundable as listed in our policy and confirmed during the checkout process. Your video is live on our ******* channel and has 32 views to date.
