            Specifically, complaints allege consumers receive phone calls threatening arrest, felony charges and jail time if the consumers do not pay the debts Wasserman Saul & Associates say they owe. This is considered abusive debt collection practices and is in direct violation of the FTC’s Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 111-203, title X, 124 Stat. 2092 (2010)  www.ftc.gov/enforcement/rules/rulemaking-regulatory-reform-proceedings/fair-debt-collection-practices-act-text

            On March 4, 2016 BBB sent correspondence to Wasserman Saul & Associates seeking the company’s voluntary cooperation in resolving their outstanding complaints as well as eliminating the pattern of complaints. BBB received no response from Wasserman Saul & Associates.

              I paid WSA credit repair over $500 back in May 2021 to have my credit repaired. Since then there has been no contact for the company. They changed there contact information as far as the number they used to sign me up. When my wife contacted them on October 18, 2021 ***** advised us that they had the incorrect email address and would be sending us a link so that we are able to view the updated status of credit and what has been done. The link was nothing more that a like for identity protection and it was asking for more money. I would like my money back from these Scam artist and they need to be shut down. Obviously they are using our money to fund the loan company that is affiliated. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

              Win with *** took my money and guaranteed they could fix my credit and if they couldn't, they guaranteed a refund. Well after numerous calls they did neither. Fix my credit or give me my guaranteed refund.
