    They just keep coming and knocking on the door no matter how many times we call them or ask them in person to please stop even the Jehovah witnesses. Dont even knock on doors anymore. Personally, I believe its a scam. They do a free roof inspection and when they get on your roof, guess what they found a leak you didnt know you had signed the contract right here and will tarp you right now and go after your insurance company to me. Thats a scam.

    I couldnt be more impressed with Roofing Pros in Ocala! From the first phone call to the final inspection, their team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They gave me a clear and honest estimate, helped walk me through my options, and completed the work right on schedule.What really stood out was their attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship. The crew showed up on time each day, kept the job site clean, and treated my property with care. My new roof looks fantastic and has already handled a couple of heavy Florida storms without a hitch.Its rare these days to find a company that combines old-school work ethic with top-notch customer service, but ******************** Pros does just that. If youre in the Ocala area and need roofing work done, look no further. I highly recommend them!

    Terrible service. They fired 2 of my "customer care representatives " and never reassigned me untill after I called to make it happen. Never showed up for either of the 2 inspections I had and couldn't follow through on anything. Just wanted me to get fed up and walk away. Been waiting 2 weeks since the last contact to have any form of resolution done. Since they never showed up for an obvious roof replacement insurance claim the first one was denied. The tarp guys were slow to responding and there was no effort put into getting anything taken care of. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. And I'm out thousands of dollars due to their negligence. Even the manager I spoke with had this air of "well I'm a manager so I can't be fired" about her. For how much leg work I did for them over the last 1.5 years I should be paid for doing their job. Absolutely ridiculous behavior on their part.

    I used RPUSA and they were worth this weight in gold. I cannot tell you how muchI appreciate the professionalism and communication. V G omez kept me informed the whole way through. He made me and my family very comfortable and was always available. The roofing team that cant put to do the roof were great. The roof looks amazing and they cleaned up very well after themselves. I have not found even a nail on the property I recommend them to anyone needing assistance navigating the complicated world of claims for your roof
