We chose Atlantic Blue Pools & Spas to build our pool, we felt that Ben F****** made a good and honest presentation. Our pool was completed November 2018, Ben finished half the outside border and never returned to complete it. The summer of 2020, we had a large rust stain appear on the side wall of our pool. Ben sent out someone to repair it, wasn't happy that I was unable to communicate with him as for he didn't know one word of English. We had to drain the pool, he had to cut out a large portion and cut the rebar back. The patch job is very noticeable and less than 6 months later a larger rust stain appeared a few inches away from the first one. After several voice messages, finally his daughter called me back. I was informed that someone would call me back. Mike, the son called me back and told me to paint it with white paint! This is not an issue that was caused by us as the homeowner, this is the direct result of poor workmanship on behalf of Atlantic Blue Pools and Spas. The only thing left to do is to hire a reputable pool company to fix a mistake by Atlantic Blue Pools and Spas. I would discourage anyone from ever using this company!
