    I bought a C-Head composting toilet for our RV in January 2022 for a six month trip to Alaska. It arrived in 1 month as promised. It was a godsend; worked very well; reduced our water use by at least 50%, and eliminated sewage dumping (only liquids). It was also much easier to deal with than having to maintain a black tank. We are ready to take off for this Summer for three and a half months. I’m sorry that C-Head, LLC might be closed, but if so, I’m glad I at least got one of the last units. Composting toilets are definitely the way to go for RV and marine applications.

    Ordered one on 8/14/22, msg said would take 10wk...paid $875....no product yet. Emails getting returned. No one answers the phone. Worst customer service ever. Shut down your side and refund money if you can't produce the product!

    We ordered four C-Head Shorty toilets between May-July and have not received the items nor a single response, after many contact attempts. Today we noticed their website is no longer live. We will be disputing everything with our bank as they took our money and never delivered what we purchased.
