    My name is **** ******* and I purchased a membership for my sister ****** *******. It was told to us in store that there was a 3 month long membership option and after that, we could decide if we wanted to renew it or not. My sister was getting IVs because she was severely malnourished after having major surgery. It got too expensive so we only could afford the 3 month option. After reviewing my finances, we have been charged for 6 months total. After contacting the general manager at the ********* location, she was ****, rude and unhelpful. She gave me no guidance or option to escalate the situation. I found this email on my own hoping that someone will be able to refund me for the 3 months. This is robbery and Im incredible frustrated by this situation as it was never made clear how long the contract was for and NO COPY of the agreement was given to us after signature. This is bad business and very sneaky. The first payment was made on 2/1 and its been around $165 each month

    The membership she signed her sister up for is a 3 moth commitment and after that they can cancel at anytime. The member has to let us know when they want to cancel the membership after the 3 month commitment. This is stated to them in person and on the membership agreement they sign when they sign up. I have attached a signed copy of the membership agreement from the client.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    they only give you a copy of the agreement AFTER you pay and sign up. They dont show you the agreement before signing. This is fraud.

    They have to read through the entire agreement before signing. The signature box that she signed is at the bottom of the agreement. The client fully sees the entire agreement prior to signing up for the membership and then can decide to sign up or not. After they sign, they immediately get a copy of what they just read and signed emailed to them.

    Its poor business. Not to mention we couldnt even use one of the packages because the nurse couldnt get the IV in. I want the extra month refunded. Then I will take down my review.
