    We purchased a generator and an annual service contract from *************************** who has two companies one is Gulfcoast Generators and the other is Powerhouse Generators. The installation was done and final inspections were performed October 2, 2020. All seem to be working well. The annual maintenance service was performed on May 6, 2022. On July 12 we experienced a power outage and the generator failed to come on. We tried to contact ***** to have it serviced and evidently he was out of town and no one from office responded or answered our service call. A. His voicemail message stated a certain day that he would be returning phone calls and not to leave messages because he was out of an area to receive them. Ater a few weeks we finally did get a call back and ***** promised to have a technician come out and service our unit. After many calls to voicemail, emails, and no call back for several weeks, He called last week and again promised that we would have a technician contact us and come out either yesterday, August 22 or today August 23. No calls from any repair person or *****, and no return calls on any of his telephone lines yesterday or today. Since this has been going on since July 12, we have called another company to come in and service the generator since we are having no response from ***** or anyone else he supposedly has working in his office.
