- RESCHEDULING: In the event you find the need to reschedule your transport 10 days or less prior to your start date, a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please contact out office as soon as you know of your change in plans. CANCELLATION: Cancellation up to one week prior to your transport being DISPATCHED FROM ITS' BASE OF ORIGIN will result in a 20% cancellation fee of the total transport cost. Once transport has been DISPATCHED FROM ITS' BASE OF ORIGIN cancellation will result in absolutely no refund. Please note that transports can be dispatched as much as 7 days before your assigned estimated pick up date. BY SIGNING BELOW AND USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. Typing your signature on this form will constitute and serve as your electronic signature and shall be binding authorization concerning this transport.
