    I ordered a snow board in Dec and on Jan 3 Rd it said delivered. No snow board ever reached me. I filed claims with *** and they took responsibility for it and approved refund and sent killer mersh forms for a refund and then they were to issue me the refund. They haven't to this day reached back out to *** according to them. PayPal got involved and killer ***** responded after 5 days with a tracking number from **** stating it was delivered on Jan 11 th and left it at that. I called **** with this tracking number and it was a 4.5 oz package that got delivered to ********** in their mailbox so it wasn't my snowboard. So here we sit again waiting on another response from them. It's been 20 days and I realize some take longer but this didn't have to take but a week except for killer mersh is slow and their mistakes is affecting me. I don't have that kind of money esp when I had to go out a purchase a snowboard for my grandson when his never showed up. Danny Duncan has enough money to wait but I don't customer service is the worst I've ever seen and if u email a second time your email go to the back of the lines it says for a response, aint that something!

    My son ordered a sweatshirt from the company and the sweatshirt had a defect. My son asked them to exchange it they told him to send his sweatshirt in first so he did. The new sweatshirt never arrived and when he contacted them they said contact the carrier. We contacted the carrier who said they sent it to the wrong address. I tried to resolve the issue for him they will not talk to me or respond to emails. When you send the an email asking for someone to reach out to you there is never a response. My son received an email saying they couldn't help him but they have never responded to me. My last email to them asked them to please respond via email or phone if not I would be forced to contact the BBB and they never responded.
