*********************** the physician at Ellenton family practice direct here in Ellenton ******* was my grandparents physician and was advised my grandparents needed home health as well as memory testing and ***** said his wife done home health and we thought they were license to do so and didn't think much about it but have found out she is not and holds no license to speak of in ******* that we are aware of. After only approximately 2 weeks of her services 3 days a week we find out she isn't actually doing home care, no cooking no cleaning or even tending a wound on grandmas knee thats infected, but rather spent her time going thru paperwork in the home and even tried getting put onto their bank accounts by going to the bank with them . ***** has been coming to the home personally and setting up the computer, and as I understand it the online banking for them on a computer, they dont know how to operate as they cant even work a smart phone. I spoke with ***************** about ***** and his wife **** because he works under his license not thinking he was complicit in all this but then find out these 2 are both from ************ and have been in business together even up there and as soon as I got off the phone with him he called ***** and ***** stating calling some people to cover his tracks and discuss my grandparents situation with them and we just happened to be there as it was happening and witnessed that as well. Our grandparents have different levels of dementia and these guys were taking advantage of it and have refused to get them the memory testing they need. I have all the proof and have the sherrif looking into it, as well as the abuse hotline, which has been notified, but we arent gettinga responsefrom you. They have made my grandparents think they are the most trustworthy there is, but when the opportunity arose , they tried to set themselves up to make it possible to rob them blind. I have a video of ***** stating it was at the request of the dementia patients.
