      Have been trying to get a refund for 11 months. Sending to Florida Attorney General and listing a review here as well as a complaint. Also, sending it to California Attorney General as I see an address in California as well. Once the AG states I have a case, I will contact an attorney for the refund and more. Companies like this must be called out and punished. I have backup that they received their product back and numerous emails stating they are sending an e-check to my email (don't hold your breath if they say that to you) it will never be there and it is their way of prolonging you to believe they are an upstanding business.

      Their ads are deceiving. Showed a low price and then charged a exorbitant price which I fought and tried to cancel, but they claimed it was already in process. Once received the package I sent it back and they received it in 3 days. They told my credit card they didn't receive the package. They refuse to give me a refund because I put a dispute on the transaction. Now I'm out 198.78 when it should have been 32. BAD COMPANY.

      Do not use their website as it is very deceptive and hard to get a refund or customer service responses.
