I saw an ad for a weight loss pill, in the ad which Dr. Oz and Blake S****** were part of, they showed the product as a fizzy type pill that you dissolved in water. When I placed my order, I realized what I was ordering was not what was advertised. I proceed to the check out. I immediately sent an email and requested my order be cancelled. I was told I would have to wait until it was shipped(the order had already gone to the fulfillment center ) and then I could return the product. Immediately upon receiving the product, I called asked for a return number promptly returned all bottles, by USPS, with a tracking number. Waited for my refund to appear on my card. Finally I called after about 3 weeks, was told that I would receive a refund but they were holding back a $5 per bottle stocking fee. After several minutes of discussion with phone representative, they finally agreed to issue a full refund. that date was May 24th. I have a confirmation email for the refund amount. I asked if I needed to do anything to ensure I would receive my refund, he said it will appear on my statement in 7-10 business days. As of today, there is no pending refund, and I called the **************, same number I have called all along, the representative told me I would have to call back in 24-48 hours, due to billing needed to take a look at my account. I said that is unacceptable please connect me to your supervisor, of course there was no supervisor available. They said a supervisor will call me with in 24 hours. I told them I was filing a complaint with the BBB.. thank you **** *****
