      I met a friend for lunch at Bertucci's in Mansfield. We ordered a bottle of wine as it is cheaper than having 2 glasses each which were $12 per 8oz glass. A bottle is 24oz. They charged us $58 for a bottle of Kendall Jackson. I called the manager and she said this was a corporate issue so I emailed them to no avail... Since then I have checked other restaurants a bottle of Kendal Jackson is $36. It is always cheaper to buy by the bottle than by the glass. It is all to do with the principle of the matter!!!! Not even any kind of acknowlegement

      I was at your restaurant July 13,2022 in woburn .orderd food had a $10.00coupon off 30.******* the server said couldn't use it I spent $over $50. When I got home I call** him.he said he made a mistake and and will take it off my cr**it card but never did Do next month when I got my statement sure enough he didn't. So I call** spoke to him on phone and he said I remember you.i was in a wheelchair .he said he would mail me a gift card.gave him address never happen** So I call** w ** and ask** ********* garret the manager he was at a meeting.sopose to call me back.nevet did.call** today Sept.23 they clos** up the business.i don't know infant thing will be done about this nut what a way to run a business.im elderly work** hilltop years ago .this is not keeping your customers happy. Address is. ************************* ************************************************************************. Let's see how you handle this. And whether I ever come to your establishmemt
