I have reported a problem with the website/service 3 times (Same problem) that has been going on for over a month and company appears to be ignoring the issue and my reports. this is the error I run into when trying to add a picture to my sons profile: "n AJAX HTTP error occurred. HTTP Result Code: 403 Debugging information follows. Our records indicate that we received a payment on May 10, 2021, from this person for a new profile for a client, **************. The page was posted on May 13, 2021. On July 10,2021, we received an email from ************* with information on an issue that was happening with *******. There were no other reports of issues with ******* on that day or surrounding days. We did ask that they open the website using a different browser as sometimes that would alleviate any issue. We received another email on July 14, 2021, from the same person stating they had emailed us two weeks prior regarding an issue. We responded again with offers to help if they were unable to log in and we also tested our website using a generic credential to log in and had no issue with submitting anything to make a change to the page. If the submitter is unable to use our website, we can either remove the page and refund all monies paid, or we can assist with the desired changes/additions by using our email and purchasing credit for the account.. On Accepting the response, Yes and no, I will work with them to resolve this issue,I do not want to remove the account I would prefer to fix this issue. as for the no portion they did not contact me about it (BTW I contacted them three times before filing here.) They did get back to me on another issue but not this one, or if they did it never arrived on my end. And yes I check my spam folder daily. I'm a PC Technician with over 37 years experience. I know this appears to be an issue on *******'s side, but they are the ones who need to work with *******, since I'm not the website administrator ******* will not talk to me at all. If they would like I can give them another email to use if yahoo is losing their emails (Which doesn't seem to be the case since I did get the one about the other issue.) I paid $50 to update an inmates profile. The inmates profile is no longer available. I'd like to get my refund since the inmate did not get the updated profile that I paid for.Business response
